GGuest UserThe place was well described as in the photos, a very rustic and old place, very good to disconnect from the city and have a good atmosphere. The food was spectacular, the service was very attentive. The only drawback was that one night it rained and there was no power. But that did not prevent us from having a good night.

WWondooPersonally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place.
Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

GGuest UserIt is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area.
There is no reason not to choose this hostel.
step. I like to read books quietly. This hotel is not suitable for people with insomnia.
The hotel is beautiful. The inner rooms are relatively quiet.

GGeidWould recommend it worth the price. Very central location, close to the main road and beach. The room was very spacious and clean. There was an issue with the water pressure at the beginning, but they sorted out in a couple of hours. The rooftop terrace is nice, the pool is not that big, and it was a bit dirty. Breakfast included is only one choice out of 4 dishes but tasty.

Сервис в отеле очень хороший все доброжелательные и приветливые помогали во всем . Сам номер большой и удобный .
Постель и полотенца пора заменить на новые уж сильно поношенные .
Цена порадовала отеля .
Но будте внимательно берут залог 1000 песо
И 50 песо за каждые сутки типо налога.

GGuest UserIt was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather.
I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen.
The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea.
I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel!

In short, a faultless one for us…

RRaul VilarrealI liked the hotel in general, we only spent one night, the parking lot is spacious, I really liked the breakfast, it has what it promises and it tastes delicious. All the staff was very nice. Maybe the shower just needs cleaning, it had a little mold in some parts of the nozzle and tubes. The hallways also need mtto or paint. The pool is small but enough to relax. I think I would return, it is a very good option when you bring a car and are going on tours. Price ratio vs what it offers... excellent 👌.

EElena DzutsevaVery nice and cozy hostel with a beautiful courtyard: lots of greenery, sculptures, tables. There is a swimming pool. The staff is very nice and friendly, always ready to help! Breakfasts in the cafe are delicious, the staff in the cafe is also very nice! The rooms are huge, there is a large kitchen-living room. A small inconvenience was the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, you had to go down to the 1st floor to use the Internet. Also, there is no door to the shower, and in addition to the shower, there is also a common closet with lockable cabinets. The shower is simply covered with a curtain (both the room itself and the shower stall). The location of the hostel is wonderful! 3 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to 5th Avenue (in the evening, you can hear music from the street from the cafe below in the room). Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel!

GGuest UserThe service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand

1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk.
This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation.
Front desk not very friendly.
Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal.
Recommended for budget travellers 👍
