VVictoryariVery good hotel. It's a few blocks from the center and the main avenue, but just enough to be close and quiet. There's a kitchen in the room.
The pool isn't like the photos. It's smaller, but it's useful. We were able to use it before check-in and after check-out.
They store your luggage, although there's little control over it, as they don't check or keep track of which bags you leave or take.

WWondooPersonally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place.
Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

GGuest UserIt is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area.
There is no reason not to choose this hostel.
step. I like to read books quietly. This hotel is not suitable for people with insomnia.
The hotel is beautiful. The inner rooms are relatively quiet.

GGuest UserIt was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather.
I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen.
The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea.
I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel!

RRaul VilarrealI liked the hotel in general, we only spent one night, the parking lot is spacious, I really liked the breakfast, it has what it promises and it tastes delicious. All the staff was very nice. Maybe the shower just needs cleaning, it had a little mold in some parts of the nozzle and tubes. The hallways also need mtto or paint. The pool is small but enough to relax. I think I would return, it is a very good option when you bring a car and are going on tours. Price ratio vs what it offers... excellent 👌.

In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location )
1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk.
This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation.
Front desk not very friendly.
Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal.
Recommended for budget travellers 👍

MMike MiguelValue for location, large rooms right on the *****, which means both beach, restaurants and all tourist. Related is right at your door steps. My washroom was missing the glass in the 2indow, and they did not bother to move me or cover the big hole. Safe box loose from the wall. Dirty walls. The hotel is cheap and does the job, but the owner and never the less the argentinian staff can do better when a customer service complaint is elevated. Service still matters! Be aware is noisy based on location, fyi.
I would stay again for convenience and hotel style..
