The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the lobby staff are polite and speak both Chinese and English well. They are very helpful with calling taxis. It’s an excellent hotel. A special thanks to the staff. The facilities, including the outdoor pool and gym, are top-notch. The cleanliness is beyond reproach, truly world-class. The Chinese artisan spirit ensures the hotel is spotless. Every ten minutes or so, cleaning staff are seen inspecting and tidying the public areas. Watching their busy figures gave us guests a sense of peace. As for the environment, no one in Laos would dare claim to be second best after this place. Watching the sunrise through the window at dawn is incredibly romantic. In the evening, sitting at the sky bar, seeing so many beautiful men and women in pairs, groups, and clusters, truly brings to mind the ancient poem, 'I only envy mandarin ducks, not immortals.' Beautiful women and talented men gathered to envision their future together.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, located right by the Mekong River. If you walk a little to the left, you'll find the night market, and to the right, there are bars and restaurants. It's incredibly convenient! The room is lovely and spacious, with a huge bed. There's also a minibar. The staff were very helpful. I was thoroughly impressed!

The gym has a lot of entertainment facilities, including a large billiards room, which is really fun. There are treadmills and various other fitness equipment. Right outside is an infinity pool, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. There's also a laundry room, a pleasant environment, delicious breakfast, and convenient parking. The service is excellent, and the lobby is grand and elegant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Currently, I'd say it's a relatively high-end hotel.

We stayed here when traveling back via Vientiane airport. So we only stayed for one short night. I have a mixed feedback Very positive: The staff is really friendly, helpful and also spoke very good English; the pickup from train station and transfer to airport worked very smoothly and was easy to arrange. Also the breakfast was quite delicious. The outdoor facilities like pool and surroundings also very well maintained and beautiful arranged. Not positive/ convincing The room itself are just old and outdated. Old facilities, used, not modernized. Just from a different area. I can't say not clean but you also don't have the impression everything very clean as it just ”used up”. We have been in Laos in some hotels, unfortunately I need to say this one did not meet the others and this mainly due to the rooms Location is okay. Not in the old quarter but more in the modern / new city part. Depends what is preferred.

I was initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but the hotel kindly moved us to a slightly better one. Breakfast was decent. It's run by Chinese owners, and you can exchange money here, which is convenient. There are also a few restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Mekong Riverfront restaurants in about 20 minutes, which was nice.

The room was a bit small but perfect for a solo traveler. The bedding was very comfortable, with a charming French floral pattern, and the curtains were lovely too. The flowers and plants in the garden were just right. Check-in was smooth, and all the male staff were very friendly. On our last day, they even helped us contact the driver when we were taking a taxi. Compared to the room and surroundings, breakfast was a bit disappointing and somewhat basic. A lady at our table ordered the wrong thing, and when the food finally arrived, there wasn't much of it. Oh well, we were planning to go out for coffee and pastries anyway. I originally chose this hotel because of the black and white checkered tablecloths in the restaurant. Overall, the value for money isn't exceptionally high, but if you like an authentic French style, this could be a good choice.

Returned for another stay and found that the hotel has been selected as a Ctrip Preferred Chinese Hotel. A swimming pool and gym are essential for a luxury hotel! The room was as quiet and clean as ever, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was smart. The biggest improvement this time was the breakfast at the restaurant, which had significantly enhanced in terms of both variety and taste, making it perfect for Chinese palates. The hot and sour beef noodles were a highlight! The hotel's rooftop infinity pool offers unbeatable city views, and fresh fruit and drinks are available all day. Adults can sunbathe while kids play in the water, making it a place you can enjoy all day long. All in all, a very nice stay!

Everything here is fantastic. The free swimming pool and laundry stops are a huge plus. The food is decent, but the breakfast menu is the same everyday.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were also friendly, and there were many Korean restaurants nearby which was even better. There's also a supermarket about 100m away, perfect for buying souvenirs.

The reason we choose this hotel was it was closer to train station and offered free drop off service. The hotel is located at outskirts of Vientiane and so it took some time to get there. The breakfast had mostly Chinese food. The swimming pool and area around the hotel was nice, especially at the evening after hot day. The reception person didn’t speak English but with the English-Chinese translation app, there was no problem of communicating. There was a strange smell so the reception called the repair man who has cleaned the airconditioner dust and it cleared the air.
