I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends because it offers an exceptional experience at a very reasonable price. From the moment I walked in, what struck me most was how remarkably clean the space was and how new the hotel amenities were. The highlight of our stay was the hotel staff, who always greeted us with warm, friendly smiles that made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. On top of that, the hotel is very close to major local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to get around. We were able to save both time and transportation costs during our stay.

Hotel near the airport. Pros: 1. The hotel is very close to the airport, allowing you to get there in literally 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. 2. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service. 3. Rooms and showers are spacious. 4. The hotel looks modern. 5. Some rooms have a great river view. 6. Disposable amenities are provided (slippers, toothbrushes, soap). Cons: 1. The balcony was very dirty. 2. The breakfast selection was very limited, which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber. 3. You need to have $20 in cash for the security deposit upon check-in. This is a very outdated policy. After checking out, you have to wait for the room to be inspected before you can get your deposit back. 4. The room design is outdated. More importantly, it leads to discomfort. For example, the sink is so low that it's very awkward to use.

Overall, a perfect 10/10! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's decor is elegant, and both the lobby and rooms have a fantastic ambiance. The hygiene standards are top-notch, and the mattress was so comfortable and relaxing. The service is incredibly attentive, with quick responses to any requests. Facilities like 24-hour hot water and air conditioning run smoothly. The whole environment is quiet and comfortable, making it ideal for both a relaxing getaway and a short trip. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area!

Great location right in the corner of Sihom! Super easy to walk around—cafes, local food, and night markets are all just steps away. The hotel has a cool vibe, very aesthetic, and great lighting for photos. Rooms are super clean and comfy, plus the staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re visiting Vientiane and want a convenient, trendy place to stay, this is it!

We had a wonderful stay at Eastin Hotel as a family. The hotel was comfortable, family-friendly, and offered excellent service throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Our room was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of space for our family to relax. The location was convenient, and we especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the night market and the Nam Phu area. The hotel also offers airport transfers, making travel arrangements very easy. Another feature we found extremely useful was the hotel’s app, which allowed us to conveniently book transfers, order room service, and access other hotel services. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay at Eastin Hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended! 😊

The hotel is generally good. I've been staying here for a while, first for eight days, and then I extended my stay for another seven. The breakfast, which I had every day, wasn't monotonous; the dishes rotated. I swam and worked out daily, and if it wasn't raining, I'd explore the surroundings. Once I'd had enough, I'd head off to Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang to see more.

The hotel has good sanitary conditions, the food is fresh, tastes good, the quantity is sufficient, and it is delicious. I will come again next time.

I've been in Laos for almost a month, and on my second day, I had an early flight to catch to leave the country. Personally, I found the hotel's location a bit remote; maybe it's because I was staying in a relatively more bustling area before. The breakfast options were limited and there wasn't much variety! The upside is that the room was genuinely spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a balcony. This building gave me the impression of a managed apartment building, with residents living and cooking there. The next morning, the elevator entrance was piled high with household trash. I think if you're a family looking for an extended stay experience, this place could work, especially since you can cook your own meals if you don't like Lao food. But if you're traveling solo like me, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

The hotel is very clean. Recommended for tourists, you can walk and take pictures of Pratu Chai. There is a restaurant next to the school, near the embassy residences of various countries. The staff are good and clean. The school can call for a car.
