Ethan58Super clean room and a really quiet courtyard.
The place just feels nice and peaceful.
Didn’t expect to sleep that well, honestly.
Simple stay, but very comfortable. Would come back.

Traveling with my child, I chose the best-located hotel in the city. From the room, we had a fantastic view overlooking the Royal Palace and the Mekong River, and safety was also a major plus. The front desk staff were proficient in both English and Chinese. Breakfast was delicious, even offering Chinese-style noodles. In the evenings, we enjoyed dinner at the iconic skybar on the rooftop, and the prices were very reasonable. When my son got hungry in the middle of the night, we ordered room service pasta, and it was absolutely excellent!

This is my second stay at Tianyi Hotel, and I’m very happy again. The service is excellent, including room service. They offer a free airport transfer every day, and the room is spacious. They even left a lovely welcome message for me 🥰

Guest UserUndoubtedly a perfect score! 💯 This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service, an excellent location, and absolutely stunning architecture.
I believe the hotel was built upon an existing old structure, and the style is simply breathtaking. Especially at night 🌃, it has a super cool vibe – my photos honestly don't do it justice. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and had everything perfectly arranged. When I arrived in the middle of the night and saw two other groups checking in, I knew I had made the right hotel choice.
The hotel is situated near the Royal Palace and close to the National Museum, placing it right in the heart of the main tourist area. Most attractions are within walking distance, making it the perfect choice for travelers.
I *must* mention the breakfast here; it's incredibly high quality, almost perfect. They truly understand guest needs and provide a high standard of options. A simple example is the yogurt: they don't offer generic supermarket products but instead provide homemade, unsweetened yogurt. To cater to different tastes, you have choices like plain, with passion fruit, or with diced mango. They emphasize fresh, high-quality ingredients, a comfortable and beautiful dining environment, a rich selection of low-sugar options, mild flavors, and attentive service. You definitely need to try it.
Special thanks to the front desk and the restaurant. Because we had to catch a very early flight, they specially prepared convenient packed meals for us upon request, which we picked up at the front desk at 5:30 AM. That was fantastic!
This is the best hotel choice in Phnom Penh.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
It’s a bit quiet around the area, but that’s actually what makes it perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends.

Location: Situated opposite the old airport, about an hour's drive from the new airport. Downstairs there's a VM Mall with a few Chinese restaurants and a supermarket; however, the Chinese restaurants are quite expensive (it seems all Chinese restaurants in Cambodia are pricey).
Room: The room was spacious and relatively new, with excellent amenities, comparable to hotels of the same caliber in China. The disposable razor provided with the toiletries was terrible; I used it once and cut my skin in over three places, and it bled for a long time before stopping.
Breakfast: Quite good, satisfying.
Facilities: The swimming pool was quite large, but unfortunately, I didn't get to use it this time. The gym was small with basic equipment, but it was functional enough.
Service: The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese and were polite. Satisfactory.

This is my 2nd time at the Sokha in Phnom Penh and both times were fantastic. I will stay again for sure. The rooms are incredible - clean - huge - high ceilings, great view. My friends and I referred to it as “the palace” the first time. It is so luxurious and a wonderful treat. The pool is clean and enormous. The workout room is clean, open with a nice view and has fantastic machines. The spa is lovely. They have several restaurants. I cannot resist the rooftop and only chose that one. Prices were reasonable for the value. The staff is so friendly. Senh at the front desk took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. It is on the “other” side of the river but you can cross on the car ferry for 25 cents (R1000)and are right in all the action on the other side. Sorry I forgot to take room photos but here is the pool and view from my room!
