I really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

For this price point, having such a cool outdoor pool is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was also very substantial. However, it's a shame the air conditioning was so noisy, and in my room, the fan speed control wasn't working. The maintenance staff tried for a long time but couldn't fix it, which was a bit disappointing.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.
A UM
Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

Anonymous UserLocation: at center of Phnom Penh, easily reach by grab.
Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river.
Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu.
Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime.
Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

DwcwongHotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap.

This hotel was our stopover in Phnom Penh for one night, and although our stay was short, we were very satisfied. Firstly, the hotel is located on a higher floor, offering an excellent view of the confluence of Phnom Penh's three rivers, ensuring we enjoyed a beautiful cityscape. Secondly, the hotel is conveniently located, with all major attractions in Phnom Penh easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Additionally, it boasts a rooftop pool and gym, providing comprehensive facilities and great views. The only minor issues were that some facilities seemed a bit dated and there's room for improvement in cleanliness.

Anonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.

Guest UserCheck-in was super fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was larger than I expected and had a really stylish design, not that outdated business hotel look. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the pillows were perfect. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but I actually slept soundly through the night! The soundproofing was also great; I didn't hear a single thing from the hallway. I have to praise the breakfast too. They had both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. There were also local specialty snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, everything was exquisite and clean.

Hi BluesBack in Phnom Penh, I chose to stay at the Okay Boutique Hotel again. As always, it's comfortable, welcoming, and natural. It's definitely my top choice when visiting Phnom Penh. The balcony overlooks the Royal Museum, the Royal Palace, and the Mekong River, where history and modernity blend seamlessly.
