⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

The room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.

It's very convenient. The hotel is well set up. They will give you some good night chocolates. The layout is also very good. The service is also very good. They will help you call a taxi. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

The room facilities are good, but I feel that the service can't keep up with the five-star hotel. Maybe it's because my language is not very good. It depends on the communication of my ten-year-old daughter. On the first day, I arrived at 40 and waited at the door for ten minutes without opening the door. The daughter patted the door hard before someone opened the door. Open the door and see that we are sweating for so long, but we have not said sorry. After asking for a reason, we said that it was because of the power outage. It was not until one o'clock in the middle of the night. On the day of leaving the store, we paid the city tax and asked for water. I didn’t give it, but I didn’t have water for two days. Italian hotels should be available daily. Finally, I left the store and found that I lost a piece of clothes. I clearly remember that it was hung behind the bathroom door, but the hotel insisted that it was not. I suspect that because it was a luxury class, it was taken away by the waiter. If the hotel management staff really wanted to help find it, I thought it could be found. Anyway, it costs more than 7,000 for two days. That's it. Anyway, if you are serious, you still have to contact customer service for you if you have a problem with Trip.com . Trip.com communication is more effective than your own communication!

The service is perfect, the hardware is perfect, and the restaurant tastes good. The basic room type is spacious enough. However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room. Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car.

The hotel design is very traditional and beautiful. Room is very clean and very comfortable with design ! Breakfast was superb in terms of Europe standard. Staffs are super friendly and helpful during the stay and we hope we will stay at this hotel soon.

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
