GGuest UserIt's not far from the train station, and the location is good. The room was quite clean.
There are no staff working here, so check-in is self-service. The signal reception is slow, the procedures are complicated, and it needs to be done online.
Because a city fee was required for check-in, they sent me a link via email asking me to enter my personal information. I paid via PayPal using my credit card information. After the trip, I discovered that my credit card had been fraudulently used. This was the only time I used this credit card to pay by entering my information during the entire trip.
While it's unclear how my information was leaked, or It may also be leaked through some free WiFi networks. I urge everyone to be careful when making payments. Use more secure payment methods.

GGuest UserWe had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

BBunli JuniThe location is super close to the station, just a 3-minute walk away. It's also not far from all the tourist attractions, about a 20-minute walk. However, the room was a bit dark. On the plus side, the room itself was very spacious. If you're a light sleeper and easily disturbed by noise, this hotel might not be suitable because it's right next to a 24-hour tram line, which can be noisy if you're on floor A.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a charming, vintage feel and is about a kilometer from the train station. They still use old-fashioned metal keys, which you have to hand in at the front desk when you leave. Breakfast is quite simple, and the dining area is a bit small. This stay, I got a room with a terrace, which was really nice.

Ample cabinet and wardrobe space together with work table and another dining table. Nice private balcony too. Extra plus points for ability to store and retrieve luggage anytime you like in a secure passcode locked area with surveillance monitoring. Extremely convenient from airport and Rail station

GGuest UserI stayed with my aunt and my friend for 2 nights recently; we had 3 beds in the same room, 1 single and 1 double. The hotel had basic amenities - private bathroom which was a little small for me and a TV in the room. We didn't notice a kettle in the room but to be honest, we weren't really bothered since we had paid for the hotel breakfast.
The breakfast had small selection of hot food: eggs and sausages were really good. The coffee machine wasn't working properly but the staff did everything they could to provide espressos for the guests. Speaking of the staff, they were so kind and amazing, The 1st staff we saw was kind enough to mark the local/popular attractions on the map and give us some guidance on what to do and where to go. They also gave us this incentive where we all got free breakfasts for the 2nd day after signing up to the hotel account (or something like that). The only major con about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator and it was noisy all morning and late at night so please if you can, ask for a faraway room!

QQingtianlidedamoguExcept the hotel does not have a 24 hour front desk. In the morning, no one responded that I couldn't leave my luggage, but everything else was fine. You can have breakfast in the small courtyard, which is good. The room is not too small and the bed is big. But the window cannot be opened and the view cannot be seen.
The location is also good, mainly by taxi. The front desk service attitude is good and can help you call a taxi. You can get to the city in ten minutes by taxi. Overall good value for money.
