5-Star Hotels in Xining

The Silver Dragon Hotel has been our go-to hotel for family visits for the past few years. Despite being a bit older, its facilities and service have consistently been excellent, which is why we've always been very satisfied with our stays. However, there was one significant issue with room 810 during our recent stay! The shower in this room is incredibly small. While it's fine that it doesn't have a separate tub and shower like other rooms, the showerhead points directly at the door, the drain isn't deep enough, and the threshold isn't high enough. This means that if you use too much water, it overflows, flooding the entire bathroom after just one person showers. We had to use a large number of towels to soak up the water, which is a serious slipping hazard. We truly hope this issue can be properly addressed by our next visit. After all, this is a hotel our entire family loves, and we hope it continues to improve!

The hotel is clean, location is great to the nearby supermarket, shopping malls and the wildlife park. Many restaurants around. It would be great if there's dryer attached with washing machine. Breakfast is great, blended with both western and Chinese selections. I came back to stay with Sebel after my previous stay because of the friendly and informative stuffs who have helped me with the luggages and check in. However, why I rated the service with lower point because after I came back to stay for 2 consecutive nights, we have encountered different stuffs that gave totally opposite vibes, which were arrogant and no greetings, no smile.

The hotel is quiet, with a nice decoration style. It is very comfortable, which is my favorite style. The room has a wide view, and the park opposite is beautiful. The hotel facilities are complete, and free parking is available. The guest rooms are cleaned very cleanly, and the room is also very tidy. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type for me for free. The service is very good, especially considerate, and solves various problems for us. The location is good, travel is convenient, and the cost performance is also very high. It is highly recommended and makes people feel very comfortable.

The rooms are cleaned, well ventilated and have no smell, and the ground is non-slip in place, so there is no need to worry about children running and slipping. The space is spacious, the suitcases and the strollers are not crowded at all, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the children take a nap and rest at night without interruption. The bathroom space is sufficient, the hot water is continuous and stable, the toiletries are complete, and you can also take the initiative to ask for the children's wash kit. The details are very intimate. The room has a rich TV channel. When the baby is bored, you can watch cartoons. Free mineral water and tea are replenished in sufficient quantities every day. The facilities are well maintained and there is no damage to aging.
