(1) The classification of garden-style hotels is simple and worthy of its name. The rooms are all in low-rise villa-style buildings hidden in the garden. The garden landscape is very large. It takes at least 40 minutes to walk through the entire hotel greenery. There are at least dozens of flowers, plants and trees. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet. (2) The hotel has relatively few automated things, but there are also advantages. There is no light pollution from any electrical appliances after turning off the lights in the room. (3) The hotel breakfast is very delicious. It can be seen that the ingredients are not sloppy and the cooking is meticulous. The vegetables are carefully fried instead of boiled and oiled. For example, the stems of snow peas are not torn cleanly. The vegetables are good and everything else is good. I especially like fried dough sticks and fried cakes. They are delicious, crispy but not greasy, and there is no residual oil at all. I booked a day and extended it for another day. Unfortunately, I got up late the next day and didn’t have breakfast. It was a pity. We also managed to enjoy a late-night hotpot dinner at a nearby restaurant. - The hotel is located in a quieter area, so guests looking for more shopping and dining options within walking distance may prefer staying closer to Wanda. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's service staff is very good, especially the cleaning aunt, staying for many days, the cleaning is in place in time. The faulty may feel bad, anyway, the oranges at this price can have this service, it's okay. Add money to upgrade the sun bed room, facing the park and Ferris wheel, the view is good. In addition, the location of the hotel is good, behind the People's Park, ice can skate. There are many bus lines at the door and it is convenient to take a taxi. This was the best hotel I stayed at in Xining! There was a Credit Suisse store right in the lobby, so convenient! Check-in was quick and the staff were very polite. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room – perfect for the high altitude! Highly recommended! Also, there are so many delicious restaurants on Jiaotong Lane diagonally opposite!

I booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. Facilities: Not great, especially the water situation. The sink faucet splattered everywhere, and the drain cover was loose. It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower, and the bathtub couldn't hold water. The hairdryer only blew cold air. Hygiene: Okay, but they didn't refill the shampoo, and the replacement towels weren't put on the rack, so I couldn't find them. Service: The service attitude was good; they brought yogurt every day and were very welcoming. Environment: The location is good, and it's quiet for sleeping.

We had a great time at Xining. The hotel's location, staff and service were excellent. We had smooth and quick check in and check out. While they couldn't speak English, they did their best to understand and answer my questions. The view from my room (19th floor) was great. I thought I could take some cool long exposure pictures in the night but there were very big bright lights close to our window that didn't let me. One thing I noticed was that the breakfast was mentioned to be both Chinese and Western, but it was only Chinese. I wish I had this clarity so I wouldn't have picked the room with breakfast. The entrance was not super convenient especially if you're carrying a lot of luggage. Since you'll have to help yourself, prepare accordingly.

The facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.
