4-Star Hotels in Xining

(1) The classification of garden-style hotels is simple and worthy of its name. The rooms are all in low-rise villa-style buildings hidden in the garden. The garden landscape is very large. It takes at least 40 minutes to walk through the entire hotel greenery. There are at least dozens of flowers, plants and trees. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet. (2) The hotel has relatively few automated things, but there are also advantages. There is no light pollution from any electrical appliances after turning off the lights in the room. (3) The hotel breakfast is very delicious. It can be seen that the ingredients are not sloppy and the cooking is meticulous. The vegetables are carefully fried instead of boiled and oiled. For example, the stems of snow peas are not torn cleanly. The vegetables are good and everything else is good. I especially like fried dough sticks and fried cakes. They are delicious, crispy but not greasy, and there is no residual oil at all. I booked a day and extended it for another day. Unfortunately, I got up late the next day and didn’t have breakfast. It was a pity. (4) The service is very professional, not just good but professional (5) There are some imperfections, such as the old decoration, but the flaws are not enough to cover the merits The geographical location, decoration materials, space environment, and exquisite food are already hardware that is difficult to put together. In short, I will stay here again next time I come.

The hotel facilities are quite new, the air conditioning works well, and it's clean and tidy. The room is spacious, equipped with a sofa, a small stool, and a luggage rack. It's not too far from two night markets and Xining Station; a taxi ride costs just a bit more than the starting fare, and the location is easy to find. The staff are enthusiastic and welcoming. We even received complimentary homemade yogurt upon check-in, which was delicious. I wanted to ask for another one on the day we checked out, but I forgot.

There are a few Orange Hotel banches in Xining. The one we stayed is at Shengli road. Exterior of the building does not justify the interior & service of the hotel. The building does not look new but the room is very clean and comfortable. Sufficient amenities and toiletries, kettle and fridge in the room. I like their complimentary tea bags. Front desk staffs are friendly and respectful especially the night shift lady. There are varieties of selection for hotel breakfast including cereal, oriental choices, fruits, desserts, juices & coffee n tea. There are also self laundry ( plus dryer) services in the hotel. When you order “Mei Tuan” (food delivery) there is a robot 🤖 that will deliver you the food. You might bumped into her once awhile when you taking the lift. Overall satisfied with the service and expectations of this hotel.

I booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and the bed was soft and quiet. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. A small, unexpected hiccup actually made this stay particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time because this hotel is just so heartwarming, and the service is incredibly attentive. Aside from the view outside the window, just this detailed and thoughtful service alone left a great impression. It's excellent value for money and well worth staying.

Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.

This hotel offers great value for money. Firstly, it's operated by China Construction Bank, which means high security. The location is excellent, right next to Shuijing Alley, perfect for shopping and dining. There are several shopping malls nearby and across the street. Xidajie Department Store doesn't have a supermarket; you need to use an underpass to get to the large supermarket in the basement of Wangfujing Department Store across the way. Despite being in such a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet due to being on a higher floor (above the 15th floor). A price of just over 300 in peak season is quite a good deal. Although the room is listed at 29 square meters, it feels a bit cramped. The twin beds, table and chairs, and TV cabinet already take up most of the space. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the duvet is just the right thickness – Xining can get a little chilly at night in early August, even without AC. The pillows are soft and thick, which is nice. The overall decor leans a bit European, which is decent, but the carpet, while good for soundproofing, can easily look old and accumulate dust. The TV works and has over 90 channels. The bathroom is quite small, and it's not a wet/dry separation, surprisingly, there's even a bathtub. The showerhead is a bit small, and the water pressure is very strong, but the water temperature is good. Toiletries are complete, and the towels are thick and of decent quality. The leaf-shaped soap is both attractive and effective. The toilet paper is also excellent – it doesn't tear when wet and is very soft yet durable. The facilities are indeed a bit dated. On the day of check-in, the showerhead was leaking, and it took an hour to get it completely replaced. I'm grateful to the customer service attendant and the maintenance staff. The service is excellent; the customer service is patient and accommodating, providing four complimentary bottles of water daily, and you can ask for more anytime. Oh, and this hotel has air conditioning, which is quite powerful, though I didn't need to use it these past few days as Xining's nighttime temperatures are perfect for sleeping. Overall, while the facilities are a little old, there aren't many new hotels in the old city area. If you prefer staying in the old town, this is one of the few recommended options, offering very good value for money.

From the moment I walked in, I felt the genuine service. There's underground and above-ground parking, and you just need to swipe your card at the front desk before driving out. The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The housekeeping team thoughtfully left a handwritten card and complimentary Qinghai specialty yogurt. Breakfast was plentiful. It's very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque, which has incredibly unique architecture. The Xi'nanguan Night Market is also nearby, perfect for a stroll.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
