GGuest UserThe room layout is reasonable and very clean. Because it is a newly opened hotel, everything is new. It is very comfortable to live in. The windows are large. There is a school opposite the hotel. It's a quiet place to stay. The toiletries are also good. They smell delicious after using them. There is a special noodle shop at the door, as well as Lanzhou ramen, which tastes good. The beautiful woman and handsome guy at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They said I was the first customer. The drinks were given, which was really nice. I hope the business of this store will get better and better.

GGuest UserExcellent service, location and facilities. Everything absolutely clean hotel! Spic and span. They not only have a laundry machine but a dryer too, which was wonderful! I got totally addicted to heated toilet seat! Even the laundry basket has been especially designed for the hotel, just like everything else up to the smallest detail. The staff was just soo kind and helpful! Will stay there again

GGuest UserPro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

GGuest UserNice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

GGuest UserIt was past eight in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk was full of travelers checking in. These two days are the peak tourist season in Xining, and the hotel business is also very good. The girl at the front desk checked us in very quickly and gave us free breakfast, which was very good. The hotel is on a high floor, so it was very quiet to sleep at night without any noise. There was also a small fan in the room, with complete facilities, a good environment, and clean hygiene. I wanted to do laundry, but I didn't bring any laundry detergent in the middle of the night, so I called the front desk and the girl at the front desk poured me some of her own. Thank you very much. There were also many people eating breakfast, and there were many breakfast options. It is worth recommending

GGuest UserThis hotel was very conveniently located, staff was kind and helpful. We were able to book a room VERY last minute with no trouble, and the desk let us leave our bags in the lobby after checkout while we got lunch before our flight. Overall good, but the building is older and hygiene could be better, we noticed some mold in the bathroom and the towels and curtains were stained. However, for the price, and considering the great service, I would recommend this hotel for travelers on a budget

GGuest UserAwesome value for money. Didn't know this chain, will definitely come back! It's great if you are a foreigner because they do not keep you waiting at the reception for ages while checking you in. The room is very comfortable, did not find it small but the bathroom was a little bit small yes. I love the option to select a non-smoking room while booking, every place should have this! Great service attitude.

RrobinmetralThe two people managing this hotel are very helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to find a laundry shop for us, and made sure we were OK with the room. The room itself is a bit dated, but functional. The main downside for us was the lack of ”real towel” (only single use towels are provided. For light sleepers, keep in mind that the popular night market street is just below. It can be noisy until quite late in the night. Otherwise, the location is ideal: close to many eateries, the main mosque, and convenient transportation.

GGuest UserThe hotel we checked into this time was quite unexpected. As soon as we walked to the door with our suitcases, a handsome staff member came to pick us up. I was stunned. It turned out that he was watching us take our suitcases to help us carry our luggage! 😄😄😄 Checking in at the front desk was very fast. It took only a minute or two to complete the check-in. The service attitude was also very good. The little brother kept smiling and helped us carry our luggage throughout the process. I was very touched. The room is also good. Disposable towels, toilet mats and mineral water are provided as gifts. For more than 100 yuan, so many cleaning supplies are given away. What a conscientious business!
