Staying for two nights was so relaxing! The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head. Our butler service was very warm and attentive. I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated. We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

The room was beyond my expectation, very big and clean, the cabinet settings were very convenient, parking was convenient, and the shower was also one-touch start, which I loved. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The air conditioning in the room took ages to warm up. The electric heater in the bathroom, however, was a real lifesaver, especially since it had just snowed when we visited. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, but it was so cold that we didn't even dare to try the hot springs. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the only one that charged an extra fee for a room upgrade.

It was a coincidence that I came to this hotel. I came here specifically to soak in the hot springs. I first chose the Yushui Hot Spring Resort Hotel next door. However, they offered me a ridiculous price and I was immediately blocked permanently. This is the only good hotel nearby. When I came here and discovered it, it was simply a treasure hotel. Environment: Needless to say, I just took two pictures to give you a feel. Whether it is the exterior or the room, it is absolutely amazing at Yushui Hot Spring Resort Hotel next door. It is also cheaper than the price of Yushui Hot Spring Hotel opposite. Fortunately, I didn't go to the hotel next door. Facilities: Dyson hair dryer, all toiletries are from L'Occitane. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a small hot spring. KTV, billiards room, chess and card room, beach, and tents are all available, which is very suitable for companies to come for team building. On the same day, I met China Life’s team building team. Hygiene: Needless to say, the hygiene of a newly opened hotel is very clean. Service: Because the tram batteries coming from Shanghai were almost empty, the hotel even reserved a charging parking space for me. In addition, due to some system problems, the initial reservation failed. The hotel apologized and upgraded my room for free. This is the attitude and service a hotel should have. My friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However, Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available. Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.

My family went on a trip during the Spring Festival. The hotel provided great service during the festival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The underground parking lot was spacious and the breakfast was rich in variety. Fruits were given away every day. When seeing relatives visiting, the waiter even gave us mineral water. Thumbs up!

There was a surprise when I stayed at Kaiyuan for the first time. When I checked in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to the duplex parent-child room on the 3rd floor of the villa for free. Both adults and children were very satisfied. The children had a lot of fun in the parent-child room upstairs. After the rain, we took a walk in the hotel's 100-acre tea garden and the sparkling Swan Lake. An unexpected surprise happened again. Three ducklings chased us and played all the way. The children couldn't bear to part with them and clamored to take them home. Before leaving, the children reluctantly said they wanted to stay for another day, but they had to go to school and could only come next time!

🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
