The room's decor rivals that of a luxury five-star hotel; the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and it was impeccably clean. While the twin beds couldn't be pushed together, the sofa could comfortably accommodate one person, which was a plus. The Round Pavilion and Square Pavilion are only 80 meters apart and share common areas; considering the room rate, booking the Square Pavilion was a great choice. The breakfast was of good quality and very fresh; the egg pancakes, fish soup noodles, and tofu pudding were all made to order and served hot. Traveling after the holiday meant we had the hot springs private, as only two were open. Going in the evening was practically like having the entire place to ourselves. I suggest adding a screen to the entrance of the women's changing room. The butler, Xiao Guo, provided truly excellent service—attentive and professional, thinking of many details, making our stay safe and comfortable. With family and elderly members, and traveling off-peak, it was another perfect vacation experience!

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

The first trip to a different place with my girlfriend hahaha, I hesitated for a long time and finally chose this homestay. After two days of experience, I found that the choice was not wrong. The environment in the courtyard is very good, there is a free cute pet feeding experience, and I met wild rabbits at night. The projection of the room is also very clear, and the WeChat contact with the small housekeeper in the hospital is also very timely. If you miss breakfast time in the morning, you will also give us handmade dumplings and Xiaolongbao separately. (ps: chestnut roast chicken fried chicken is delicious!) Finally, if you come next time, you will still choose here, I highly recommend this homestay! ! !

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

KaluoteThe only homestay in the mountain, I got up early in the morning to see the sunrise, I saw the romance of the mountains, the beautiful scenery, the room was very warm, the rainbow carpet was laid under the small coffee table, and we sent afternoon tea in the afternoon. Sitting in the room and drinking exquisite afternoon tea, it was really pleasant. Going out is the lawn. My baby dog is happy to die. It is very suitable for everyone to bring pets. The lawn is very big. The little brothers and sisters here are very enthusiastic. They also arranged a lot of souvenirs for us to bring back. I am so happy and pleasantly surprised. I will ask a friend to swim next time.

Guest UserThe location is perfect. It is just next to Tianmu Lake Park. The staff is very helpful and offer extra assistance to make our visit to places of interest a breeze and our stay a memorable one. The hotel even gave us an upgrade so that we have a wonderful lake view right from our bed. The breakfast is good too.

We went on a big group of families/friends and booked all rooms for our crew. It was a nice experience, hotel service is good, kind and warm people, supportive and caring. Hotel is very clean and breakfast was generously adapted to a western style. Good time spent.

Very unexpected, I didn’t have much expectation for the hotel, because it was a temporary reservation, but the first meal after coming to the hotel was the fish head soup booked at the hotel. There was no fishy smell at all. The umami was very soft and the roasted meat was extremely tender, which made my impression full. The next day I woke up and opened the curtains to a hill and lotus pond with a wide view. The real environment will be more refreshing than the photos.

Traveling with pets, this hotel's pet-friendly policy is very popular with me. From the room environment to the service, there is nothing to say, and it is the consistent standard of Hantian. It is worth mentioning the outdoor environment. The resort is built on a mountain, with a large green space and complete supporting facilities. The Hong Kong-style open-air restaurant tastes great. I didn't have time to check in at the Chinese restaurant because I didn't see any set meals. It is recommended that the restaurant set up more set meals so that everyone can try each restaurant. The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.
