PPudajingThe B&B is located near Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It can be said that it is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel has just opened. The facilities and rooms are very new. The design is mainly white and looks bright and comfortable. I also chose this place because it is pet-friendly, and the hotel staff love puppies. Very kind and the food cooked in the kitchen is delicious! You can discuss with the proprietress to choose small portions according to your appetite, so you won’t waste food! The private hot spring in the room is very comfortable, you don't feel cold at all, and you feel refreshed after taking a bath. It was a pleasant two days and one night. I would like to take my parents here to relax if I have time~

KKuaihuodemaoThe room's decor rivals that of a luxury five-star hotel; the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and it was impeccably clean. While the twin beds couldn't be pushed together, the sofa could comfortably accommodate one person, which was a plus. The Round Pavilion and Square Pavilion are only 80 meters apart and share common areas; considering the room rate, booking the Square Pavilion was a great choice. The breakfast was of good quality and very fresh; the egg pancakes, fish soup noodles, and tofu pudding were all made to order and served hot. Traveling after the holiday meant we had the hot springs private, as only two were open. Going in the evening was practically like having the entire place to ourselves. I suggest adding a screen to the entrance of the women's changing room. The butler, Xiao Guo, provided truly excellent service—attentive and professional, thinking of many details, making our stay safe and comfortable. With family and elderly members, and traveling off-peak, it was another perfect vacation experience!

GGuest UserWe stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

MM225262****The first trip to a different place with my girlfriend hahaha, I hesitated for a long time and finally chose this homestay. After two days of experience, I found that the choice was not wrong. The environment in the courtyard is very good, there is a free cute pet feeding experience, and I met wild rabbits at night. The projection of the room is also very clear, and the WeChat contact with the small housekeeper in the hospital is also very timely. If you miss breakfast time in the morning, you will also give us handmade dumplings and Xiaolongbao separately. (ps: chestnut roast chicken fried chicken is delicious!) Finally, if you come next time, you will still choose here, I highly recommend this homestay! ! !

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

KKaluoteThe only homestay in the mountain, I got up early in the morning to see the sunrise, I saw the romance of the mountains, the beautiful scenery, the room was very warm, the rainbow carpet was laid under the small coffee table, and we sent afternoon tea in the afternoon. Sitting in the room and drinking exquisite afternoon tea, it was really pleasant. Going out is the lawn. My baby dog is happy to die. It is very suitable for everyone to bring pets. The lawn is very big. The little brothers and sisters here are very enthusiastic. They also arranged a lot of souvenirs for us to bring back. I am so happy and pleasantly surprised. I will ask a friend to swim next time.

AAnonymous User首先我這一次入住酒店是在清明假期期間，酒店的費用還是相對平時而言較貴的，我入住了兩天，將近 3200的價格，那麼我可以對酒店有一些期許嗎？我先説好的方面吧，兩個細節非常感動。我要特別感謝前台，應該是一位小宋老師，她對於我的要求無微不至，而且很快速的予以迴應，並且提前告知我，由於我入住兩天，除了可以雙人無限暢玩2園之外，還可以讓孩子無限暢玩。同時我還非常感謝一位保安大叔，大概是在4月5號晚上執勤的那位保安大叔，因為當時我借了充電寶，沒有辦法及時的歸還，保安大叔帶着我跑了兩個地方，幫我及時歸還了充電寶，非常感謝。接下來我想説一説不盡如人意的地方，比如在入住的當天，我來到酒店的確比較晚了，我想給酒店的阿姨要礦泉水阿姨明確告知酒店的迷你吧裏有各種飲料可以隨時享用，但由於我是拖家帶口一共三個人入住，我確實想多要幾瓶水，所以在我的反覆要求下，阿姨才無奈的把水給我送過來。後來我還想要點別的東西，但是我擔心阿姨會生氣，所以都不再敢要了。另外我想説一下在4月5日以及4月6日早上早餐外面的那位女性值班的工作人員，我想説她的態度非常不好。因為我着急趕路，所以我點的水果想要一個打包盒，我認為這個要求並不過分，因為水果是我提前已經點好的，但是來不及吃了。但是我給他要打包盒的時候，他並沒有給我，衹是給了我一個打包袋，而且他知道我的訴求是要打包盒，並且我也給他説了我要打包水果，所以我一度以為酒店裡麪是沒有打包盒的，一直到我看到其他桌的顧客向工作人員索要，到了打包盒我才知道，其實他可以給我打包盒。另外在早餐處有麪條和餛飩，我想要一碗麪條。但是4月5號早上值班的那位工作人員，她的態度也不是特別好。作為顧客我是這麼認為的，累可以回家，累可以不出來幹活，乾的就是服務業。其實有很多工作都和服務業相關。我覺得工作就要有工作最起碼的態度和狀態。作為顧客，我並不欠酒店的，也不欠酒店任何工作人員，我不希望我在出來玩的時候還看工作人員的一副臭臉。以上就是我入住的最真實的感受。
