ZongxiI searched for a long time on Ctrip, but too many hotels had small beds, small rooms, and poor hygiene. I booked the Bazhou Haiyue Hotel after seeing a good promotional video, and I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The room was spacious enough (rare even in Langfang), and the bathtub in the bathroom was large and luxurious. After filling it with water, the surface became slightly frosted, so there was no slipperiness at all. As a newly opened hotel, there was absolutely no odor, which was perfect for someone like me with a sensitive nose. Check-out was quick and the service was impeccable. In summary: clean, hygienic, odor-free, spacious, and quiet. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is very convenient for families with children. Highly recommend the breakfast – excellent value and high-quality selection!

YonggandepengpengcheThe hotel's facilities offer great value for money, and the front desk and room service are excellent. However, this was my first time encountering such a lack of professionalism and poor attitude from a reservations sales person.
Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible.
Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!

A perfect score! The hotel environment is great, with lots of greenery in the courtyard. It was very quiet throughout my stay, and I had a wonderful rest. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. The rooms were spacious, each with a large private hot spring tub, allowing you to enjoy a private bath without leaving your room – pure comfort! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located within a resort area, with expansive waterways that offer a breathtaking view.
The rooms were very well maintained. The receptionist, Xiao Liang, and the female manager were incredibly welcoming. While the family room didn't have a huge number of toys, it was still very cozy. During check-in, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed to upgrade to a room with a lake view.
I highly recommend buying the package deal. Besides the hotel stay, it includes over a dozen activities such as boating, kayaking, go-karting, and water golf. One day isn't enough to experience everything. There's also a fireworks festival on Saturday night, which the kids had a blast with. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and travel experience. If I had to nitpick, the food at this five-star hotel wasn't quite up to expectations. But overall, I was very satisfied. I didn't even use all the package activities; I'd definitely go again!

Guest UserOur corner room had floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, which meant it wasn't very well insulated. They brought us a portable fan, but the room was still quite hot. The indoor kids' play area was too small; it got crowded and hard to play in with just a few children. Also, we had pre-paid for two nights, but the front desk only activated our key card for one day. We had to go back to reception to get it updated before we could get into our room on the second day.

XinbuzaiyanyaThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!
