GGuest UserI've been working on a year-long project in Yanjiao recently, and whenever I'm here for business, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The hotel boasts a great atmosphere. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a subtle, refreshing fragrance, perhaps orchid or jasmine, which instantly lifts your spirits. The guest rooms are spotless, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log last night. Features like electric curtains, Xiao Ai (the AI assistant), and smart toilets give the rooms a touch of modern luxury and high-tech convenience. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the young ladies at the front desk whose service is exceptionally thoughtful. Their smiles aren't just professional; they're genuinely warm and heartfelt. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, it's nutritionally well-balanced and perfectly sufficient. Overall, Ji Hotel is truly a fantastic hotel.

AAnonymous UserI took my kids to the Wildlife Park for a day on May Day. We played too late, so we booked a hotel nearby. The Orange Hotel has a good reputation. The service of this hotel is very good, responsive, patient, and solved the problem quickly. Small gifts were given at check-in and check-out. Recommended!

GGuest UserI book here because it close to Daxing Airport & we arrive here at 1am. But at noon we find it quite far from Beijing & nothing interesting to mingle around. Since we have short time before back to Malaysia, we decide to check out early & move to Beijing. The staff is very friendly & helpful. He patiently tried to help us because we have language barrier 😅.
The room is big enough for that price & ‘smart’.

The only drawback is that there are not enough parking spaces, which caused us to be woken up early in the morning (even though the car keys have been reserved at the front desk in advance). It is recommended to coordinate more parking spaces during the peak tourist season. Also, the hygiene should be more meticulous. After entering the room, there are usually wine bottle caps on the chairs and corners.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
