All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the young ladies at the front desk whose service is exceptionally thoughtful. Their smiles aren't just professional; they're genuinely warm and heartfelt. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, it's nutritionally well-balanced and perfectly sufficient. Overall, Ji Hotel is truly a fantastic hotel.

Everything is so good, the food in breakfast and the cleaning service is very well done, the only thing is the time to breakfast, one hour more will be better many people don’t claim breakfast because of it

The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock. The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day. The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . . On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . . In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.

I took my kids to the Wildlife Park for a day on May Day. We played too late, so we booked a hotel nearby. The Orange Hotel has a good reputation. The service of this hotel is very good, responsive, patient, and solved the problem quickly. Small gifts were given at check-in and check-out. Recommended!

The overall feeling is very good, the facilities are very new. The only drawback is that there are not enough parking spaces, which caused us to be woken up early in the morning (even though the car keys have been reserved at the front desk in advance). It is recommended to coordinate more parking spaces during the peak tourist season. Also, the hygiene should be more meticulous. After entering the room, there are usually wine bottle caps on the chairs and corners.

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

I went to the cancer hospital next to the hotel to see a doctor. I found that this hotel is also very close. It takes 5 minutes to drive. It is more convenient to have free parking in the hotel parking lot. The hotel service is also very good. There is a washing machine, it can also dry, there is a supermarket, the main price is right. Breakfast is recommended

The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
