The front desk lady was very helpful, arranging a quiet room for me and upgrading my room type. The room was quite spacious, and the lobby was also bright and airy. The only downside was the complimentary bottled water, which was really subpar. Everything else was good, and the service was excellent.

The front desk staff were very warm and patient. Check-in was super fast, and they gave detailed recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Their attitude was gentle and polite, making for an excellent overall experience.

The lobby is tastefully decorated, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and tastes great.

Transportation nearby is very convenient, and the breakfast was rich with plenty of choices. Everything was clean and tidy! However, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, and I almost fell. Please be careful. I suggest providing anti-slip mats or slippers.

Arrived at the hotel past 9 PM and immediately noticed curly hair on the sink and long hair in the bathtub. The phone at the front desk went unanswered, so I contacted Trip.com, who got a duty manager to come. We changed rooms, but the cleanliness issues persisted. There were seals from the previous guest's facial cleanser and other items still stuck to the bathroom shelf, and splashes on the inside of the toilet lid. I called the duty manager and housekeeping again to switch rooms. While showering, I found long hair floating around... By then, it was already past midnight, and I was too tired to bother complaining again.

Decent hotel, probably the best in Langfang city. The delivery robot was a bit slow bringing food to the room. Stayed here for two days over the May Day holiday.

The room was great, and the breakfast had a good variety. The pool was also nice, with a dedicated heated section for kids. Overall, it offers good value for money. We visited the Dream of the Red Chamber theme park. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

This has to be the most ridiculous hotel in Langfang; I wouldn't even give it half a star. The only way it could possibly be rated five stars is if 4.5 of those stars are for its comedic value. Upon arrival, the doorman told me the ground parking was full and directed me to the underground garage, assuring me the front desk would provide a free parking voucher. The next day, when I went to the front desk for the voucher, they completely denied its existence, stating unequivocally that the underground parking was paid. However, they eventually did give me a free parking voucher. At this point, I was still somewhat okay with it; despite the conflicting information, the outcome was satisfactory. Later that evening, I heard the phone ring in my room but couldn't answer it in time. Immediately after, my mobile phone rang. It was the front desk, informing me that the parking voucher was a one-time exception and that ground parking was now available. They then instructed me to move my car immediately if needed. Their tone was incredibly harsh, as if I were somehow taking advantage of the hotel. I went downstairs to the first floor right away. However, after speaking with the doorman, I found out there were no available parking spaces on the ground level. This 23-story hotel only has about 20 free parking spots, which are almost never vacant. So, the front desk told me to move my car when there were no spots to move it to. For a five-star hotel, the front desk couldn't even confirm whether there were parking spaces and still managed to call a guest down for a pointless trip. Their service and management level are truly something else. The underground parking costs 3 yuan per hour, with no cap, regardless of the time of day. On the third day, as I was about to move my car out of the underground garage, the exit showed a charge of 58 yuan. The parking attendant, seeing me about to pay, immediately stopped me from using the official payment channel and instead showed me his personal WeChat QR code for collection. I truly don't understand this. The front desk was so strict about parking vouchers, yet at the parking exit, an employee is using a personal WeChat account for payment. They were so serious about the rules earlier, but the execution is this level. Is this hotel managing the parking lot, or is the parking lot managing the hotel? I stayed at this hotel for a total of 7 days, spending about 2300 yuan. It's one thing for a five-star hotel not to provide stable free parking, but the staff also lacks clear and proper training. The doorman outside said free parking vouchers were available, but the front desk inside denied it. Then the front desk told me there were spaces outside, but the doorman outside told me there weren't. The conflicting information constantly caused trouble for the guest. For a five-star hotel, they're surprisingly stingy about parking fees, only to have the parking attendant bypass their system and collect the fee via personal WeChat. That's certainly an eye-opener. Furthermore, the room experience is nowhere near five-star standard. I've never seen a five-star hotel provide 'Ice Dew' bottled water, which retails for one yuan a bottle (and I noticed the water levels in each bottle weren't consistent, some higher, some lower, and it didn't taste like purified water, suggesting tap water refilling). The room facilities are outdated, the TV is tiny and completely lacking smart features. Also, the windows are default locked; if you want to open them, you have to request it at the front desk, sign a waiver, and then someone with a special tool will come to open it for you. The hotel environment is also chaotic. It's filled with people from all over attending conferences, and their behavior varies. On the conference floor, people were smoking in the hallway. The overall experience was noisy and messy, completely unlike what a five-star hotel should be. Moreover, the hotel's internet was incredibly poor. Even connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, the speed was very slow, and using my own data didn't improve it either. It's hard to imagine that in 2026, a city center would have such terrible internet conditions. In summary, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. The five-star facade is impressive, but the actual experience—from parking, service, management, overall environment, room facilities, to the hotel's internet—was utterly disappointing!
