Smoking on floor one night, but staff moved us to a new (larger) room. Great job by 26 and 32.

Service: Every staff member was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and reassuring. Every room had a new toiletries seal, and towels were kept in a sterilizer. Facilities were comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanhe City! They even gave me a scratch-off lottery ticket when I left, and roses for Valentine's Day. Very satisfied.

I stayed one night in Langfang; my friend recommended this hotel to me. I have never seen such a huge hotel. It was spacious, modern, and cozy. The manager, I’m not sure if she is the operations manager or the front office manager, was very friendly and helpful. She showed me all types of rooms so that I could decide which one I wanted to stay in. It was so nice of her. I have never been to a hotel that made me feel so comfortable, especially in the living room. The room was spacious and reasonably priced, with a modern design and beautiful view. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

1. The location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and there's private parking. The hotel has complete facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, proactive, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. It's a great value, and the room was very clean. The service was very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

It's a hotel with really high cost value action. 5 start hotel with this price is unbeatable, the service by front desk is really grea. Couldn't find such a great value in anywhere else. However, the hotel needs to have some renovation, the carpet is a bit old, it's understandable though, coz it requires high cost for renovation.

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

This stay was exceptionally pleasant! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and I slept very well. Staff member Edison was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home.  All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers.  Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well.  Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :)  If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
