It's convenient to take photos of the scenic area, and the hotel's hygiene is pretty good. I like the hotel's style and design, and the service is also quite good. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The local farm-to-table restaurants nearby are convenient, making it very suitable for middle-aged and elderly guests. The downsides are that the lighting is a bit dim, and the desk design could be more user-friendly. It would be great to have screens on the windows so we could enjoy more fresh mountain air.

I planned a two-night, three-day trip to Moganshan, hoping to hike, enjoy the scent of osmanthus, and breathe in some fresh mountain air. For accommodation, I chose the Tianlai Zhimen Sunrise Resort Hotel. To my surprise, I received a complimentary room upgrade during the off-peak season to a room with a balcony directly overlooking Naked Castle. If you're lucky, you might even catch the sunrise, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible on foggy or rainy days. Before entering the scenic area, the customer service proactively added me on WeChat and sent detailed directions, covering everything from navigation points to the need for taxi license plate numbers. This ensured a smooth journey without any wrong turns. From my room's balcony, the castle spires and mountain mist were so close, it felt like they were right in front of me. There's also a shortcut to the Queen Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, which saved a lot of walking. While the facilities aren't brand new, the bedding was comfortable and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel service was excellent. Getting a taxi down the mountain during the off-season can be difficult, so a hotel staff member personally drove me in their own car to the shuttle bus station on Yinshan Street.

This was our first time staying at the pet-friendly Kaiyuan Yiju Resort in Moganshan, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The receptionist kindly upgraded us to a family room, which was very spacious and fully equipped with children's amenities. We even received a thoughtful gift from the hotel upon departure – a thoughtful touch. The resort boasts a large, open lawn with high green coverage, fresh air, and is perfect for walking children and dogs in a comfortable, natural mountain environment. Overall, the service was excellent, making it a great choice for a family and pet-friendly vacation.

The hotel is quite large and boasts an international fishing center, though I didn't see anyone actually fishing, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel with some small water activities and a beautiful lotus pond. The breakfast selection is decent; it's what you'd expect, nothing extraordinary but perfectly satisfactory.

The hotel's硬件 (hardware/facilities) and environment are excellent, but let's talk about the service: 1) On the afternoon of the 4th, I was checking in. Three front desk staff members were all attending to one group of guests. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and no one broke away to assist other waiting guests. One of the waiting guests went to ask if there was anyone else available to help, and surprisingly, that staff member ignored the rest of the queue and processed the inquiry for that guest, while the other two continued to assist the original group. After finishing with that guest, another front desk staff member ignored the remaining customers in line and proceeded to help a guest who hadn't even queued up. When I pointed out the issue, no one offered an apology or explanation. 2) There's a lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant. I asked the front desk if they had ice cream 🍦, and they told me to ask the restaurant. The restaurant then told me to ask the front desk. 3) They didn't proactively stop guests who ignored the no-smoking signs. Even after I brought it to the front desk's attention, no action was taken. In summary, I'll definitely visit Moganshan again, but I won't be staying at this hotel.

Hygiene: Overall, it was quite good. Environment: Very close to the scenic area, which is a big plus. Service: The service at this place was truly inconsistent. The front desk staff were great – polite and enthusiastic. Then, in the evening, we went to the restaurant for dinner, and the food served was cold. When we provided feedback, they just offered to microwave it for us. Setting aside whether it tasted good, at least the food should be warm, right? Otherwise, everyone knows what kind of dish it would be. The manager came over, took the dish back, and had a good attitude. In the morning, at breakfast, the strawberry jam ran out. When we told the staff, they told us not to eat strawberry jam and just eat other jams. Then, there was one male staff member (highlighting him for praise) who specifically went and found some for us. The staff's skill levels vary greatly; I'd rate it as upper-middle. Facilities: The hot spring is good, and the facilities are very new. Overall, an upper-middle experience.

The mountain view room overlooks Mogan Mountain, offering picturesque scenery. The hotel grounds are lush and green, creating a very nice atmosphere. There are several activity areas outside the hotel, and it just so happened to be raining, which added to the excitement for tourists. The service is excellent; each room has six butlers available from 9 am to 11 pm. There's also a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the hotel. Each room has its own unique style and a strong modern feel. A particularly interesting touch is the change into Beijing cloth shoes in the lobby, giving a homey feel. The rooftop infinity pool is especially beautiful. All kinds of entertainment facilities are available. The breakfast is also unique, a Japanese-style individual serving that's definitely enough. Afternoon tea and lunch/dinner can be booked; the ingredients are all fresh. This newly opened hotel (2026) offers a completely new and comfortable experience.

The room was fantastic! We got a free upgrade, and the breakfast was excellent too! I accidentally dropped my car keys on the hotel road one evening, and the next day, Mr. Shi, the shuttle bus team leader, along with the duty manager, went above and beyond to help me find them. It saved me a lot of trouble! Many thanks again to Mr. Shi!

The environment: The room was absolutely stunning, literally my dream room. It's perfect for a family vacation with kids or a honeymoon – so relaxing and the ambiance is wonderful. Service: The service was exceptionally high-standard. Our butler was practically available 24/7, always reachable and incredibly responsive. They really delivered on every request, which was impressive. Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. Our room itself was fully equipped, and stepping out, you're right by the pool. There's also a public 33-meter high infinity sky pool. Plus, rafting is available right below the hotel, and once you're done, you can simply call the hotel shuttle to take you back to your room – super convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent, very clean and not damp at all. I really loved it. Even now, I still think back on what a great experience it was!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
