5-Star Hotels in Deqing

This time I came for a short trip. The overall environment of this house is very good. If the big family comes, it is also good to live in a villa. But this time I am very dissatisfied with the service! [Front desk] service is OK, but the reception desk sign is not clear, the guidance is not clear [Shuttle driver] The shuttle bus driver is mostly not bad. One or two are very rushing. For a customer who comes here for the first time, it is not clear that the location is normal. As a shuttle bus driver, you can confirm with the customer, but it is not a ”this is not the place you said”, this tone [Chinese restaurant] The waiters in the Chinese restaurant are generally poor! Come in the restaurant 1. No guide staff 2. The noodle stall staff has been playing with the mobile phone. When they see the customer coming, they put the mobile phone away. Then they don’t say what choice they have. It seems that the customer who lives in the store for the first time should know the attitude. I look at the photo of the noodle stall and want to order fish ball noodles. Then the people at the noodle stall were very bad, and the expression was very disdainful and said ”we don't do it” 3. Basically no service, no dishes, no paper towels, nothing If the facilities and environment have reached the five-star (five-diamond) standard, the service must also be close to this standard, otherwise it will be doing face engineering.

I took my nephew to Moganshan for a summer vacation, and considering it was a family trip, I booked this hotel. Overall, the experience was truly fantastic. First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's not far from Yucun, just about a 5-minute drive. Ordering takeout during our stay was incredibly convenient. The hotel grounds are spacious, and there's ample parking both above ground and underground, including charging spots for electric vehicles, making parking a breeze. Three things really stood out about this hotel: 1. There's an indoor swimming pool with a depth of 1.2-1.5 meters, perfect for both kids to play and adults to exercise. It wasn't crowded, so the experience was wonderful. 2. The breakfast was incredibly diverse, with a wide variety of options and delicious flavors. 3. The hotel also has a self-service convenience store stocked with a full range of snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices. 4. The hotel offers many recreational activities for both kids (like fishing for small goldfish, a ball pit, and drawing) and adults (table tennis, billiards, and fishing). Even though it was the rainy season and poured in the afternoons during our visit, we still had a great time staying and playing at the hotel! [smiley face] Overall, it's a fantastic family-friendly hotel that received rave reviews from my entire family! [heart emoji]

We stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful. The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze. I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain. For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time. Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb. I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. **Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening. **Environment:** Absolutely stunning. **Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. **On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel - a picturesque and pet-friendly choice Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel really gave me and my pet an unforgettable experience. The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful that it is intoxicating. Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, it feels like you are in a paradise. Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

Environment: Fantastic, truly feels like living in the mountains. It's lovely whether it's raining or sunny. Facilities: All sorts of facilities are available, making it very suitable for family trips, especially if you're traveling with dogs and children. Genuinely kid-friendly and pet-friendly! Service: Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent service attitude! Hygiene: The biggest drawback was the hygiene. By hotel standards, the room's cleanliness was very poor, and even by guesthouse standards, it was only average. The toilet hadn't been properly cleaned; there were urine stains and hair, which was quite off-putting. Dining: The on-site restaurant's farm-style dishes were excellent. We had two dinners and one breakfast at the hotel, and it was great for the family. Overall, the experience was quite good, with plenty of activities like fruit picking, fishing, and a mini-zoo. I really hope they can improve the hygiene! I'd be willing to come back if I have the chance, especially with my family.

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

Five-star full score recommended Moganshan Aimo Secret Land Hotel! The entire 300-acre valley is wrapped in bamboo sea. The pure white auditorium, the mine waterfall coffee, and the infinity pool on the top of the mountain are all blockbuster movies. The room is clean and elegant. You can enjoy the mountains and forests in the room. It is too worry-free to eat, live and play a one-stop holiday. The whole process must focus on praise the housekeeper Xiaoyan! Before departure, take the initiative to send mountain road navigation and play punch card guides. During the stay, you will be on call. The response speed is super fast. If you have any needs in the hotel, you will respond as soon as possible. The details are warm. The hotel environment is quiet and healing, the service is gentle and not disturbed, the housekeeper Xiaoqi is professional and enthusiastic, this mountain residence experience is full of perfect marks, next time you come to Moganshan, you will choose Ai Moore, look for the housekeeper Xiaoqi!

This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body.

I spent the weekend at this hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The property is excellent — beautifully maintained, with a great location and stunning views. The pool area is lovely, and my room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a butler who was always ready to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed — truly attentive and helpful service. The service overall was very good, but I would suggest that the staff clean the pool with a net early in the morning before guests wake up. It’s a bit unpleasant to find insects that have fallen into the water overnight, and there wasn’t a net available for guests to use themselves. Apart from that small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
