The hotel environment was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; I hope they can maintain this standard. One of the complimentary set meals was exceptionally good, cooked in the evening. The other dish, a fish dish with intangible cultural heritage, was only so-so, perhaps because the chef wasn't there at lunchtime. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel showed great care in every detail; the tableware was beautiful, and the environment was well-maintained, with clear water and beautiful scenery. My family loved it and will definitely stay here again – a treasure of a hotel!

Two days before check-in, six dedicated staff members from the butler, front desk, and lobby were assigned to assist with the entire itinerary, providing meticulous and attentive service throughout. Many small service surprises left a lasting impression: the turndown service was exceptionally thoughtful, with a complimentary drink for restful sleep; the dedicated parking service was incredibly convenient—simply inform the staff in advance, and the car will be ready, making driving much easier. All hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles throughout, and even providing a thoughtful gift upon departure, demonstrating impeccable hospitality. However, there were two minor flaws during this stay. Firstly, the stargazing room I pre-booked didn't come with a TV, a fact not clearly stated by the hotel beforehand. However, after I raised the issue, the hotel responded proactively and quickly, upgrading me to a room with a TV free of charge. This satisfactory solution demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Secondly, the breakfast selection was relatively simple. The freshly cooked noodles took a long time to prepare and tasted average, with only shrimp shells for simple flavor. Fortunately, the freshly squeezed juice was pure and slightly compensated for the shortcomings of the food. These minor flaws are details that can be improved and do not detract from the overall positive experience. The service team was professional and warm, handling unexpected issues generously and reliably. Unfortunately, it rained heavily for two days, preventing me from fully experiencing many aspects of the stay. Looking forward to a sunny day!

This is our third time at Kaiyuan Senbo, and it happened to be our child's birthday. The hotel decorated the room for us and even sent a birthday cake. Talk about emotional value! It was really crowded on this summer weekend. After dinner, there were all sorts of interactive performances in the square, though it was a bit hot. Our main reason for staying at Senbo this time was to visit the water park. The Moganshan Senbo water park is slightly larger than the other ones, with more rides. The only unpleasant experience we had at the water park this time was with a few low-quality guests. Here's what happened: Our two kids, who just turned 4, were playing on a small slide in the toddler area when two older children started spraying them with water guns. We immediately stopped them and spoke to their parents. Up to this point, there was no issue. However, to our surprise, these 'bear parents' not only didn't see a problem but arrogantly said, 'The park sells water guns, which means you can spray whoever you want!' What kind of logic is that? Just because a supermarket sells knives doesn't mean you can go around stabbing people! Selling water guns means you can play with them, not that you're free to spray others. Your kids are young, but don't you, as adults, understand this? Where there are 'bear kids,' there are 'bear parents' within three meters. I couldn't fight them, so I just avoided them. Our last day ended in a hurry. We reported the incident to the butler, and the water park manager proactively contacted us and provided a satisfactory solution. Overall, Senbo still provided a 5-star experience that I highly recommend.

The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful that it is intoxicating. Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, it feels like you are in a paradise. Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

Mediocre, to say the least. The air conditioning in the room was terrible; I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot and realized I couldn't even adjust the temperature. I assume it's centrally controlled. For a five-star hotel, the pillows weren't even as good as those at Atour. Luckily, I only stayed one night and barely got any sleep! The breakfast was average. The service definitely doesn't live up to a five-star standard. Both at check-in and check-out, there was only one staff member at the front desk. Even with just one guest in front of me, I waited about ten minutes. There were plenty of other staff members walking around, more than guests, but only one at the front desk. What's most baffling is that directly across from the entrance is a Marriott Fairfield hotel, which is significantly cheaper. I even overheard someone at breakfast saying that their breakfast was in the same restaurant as the Marriott. I don't understand why, but this Marriott, at over a thousand yuan, offers absolutely no value for money.

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body.

I spent the weekend at this hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The property is excellent — beautifully maintained, with a great location and stunning views. The pool area is lovely, and my room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a butler who was always ready to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed — truly attentive and helpful service. The service overall was very good, but I would suggest that the staff clean the pool with a net early in the morning before guests wake up. It’s a bit unpleasant to find insects that have fallen into the water overnight, and there wasn’t a net available for guests to use themselves. Apart from that small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

This was my first time staying at Zunlan Homestay, and the value for money was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable and spotless, the shower had hot water instantly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is super convenient with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The facilities are comprehensive and sufficient, making it a perfect spot for a temporary stay. It's truly excellent value for money.
