Cafes to the water park, to the camping base and cute pet paradise where parents and children can visit, every place has taken a lot of thought. Like a small lakeside park, there is no need to leave the hotel, suitable for emptying and rotting here. Service: If you have any questions about the butler-style service, you can contact your own butler at any time, which makes people live very at ease 😌 In short, it is very suitable for friends gatherings, and it is also suitable for family and children. It is very convenient to drive to Deqing Moganshan and Yucun. It takes 30 minutes to drive, but I live in the hotel and feel that the privacy is very good. The location is very suitable for the manor hotel. ～ Eat and drink You don't have to go out to play. The only downside is that there are not enough relevant logos in the hotel, and it is easy to get lost. After all, it is too big.

We stayed for four nights in a four-bedroom villa with my parents and two kids (boys aged 9 and 11). We arrived in late June, right after school let out for summer vacation. When we checked in, it was just after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday in China, so there were a lot of guests checking out. However, the front desk handled everything very efficiently. Our room wasn't ready until after 3 PM, but that was understandable. The hotel has several restaurants. Yanlai Xuan and Rainforest Restaurant are always open, with others rotating. The variety of dishes is extensive, and the flavors have a Southern Chinese (Jiangnan) flair. We tried the mini hot pot once and absolutely loved it; it was a truly satisfying meal. The Western food was also great, especially the Thai grilled chicken – it was tender and delicious. As for activities, my kids were busy all five days we were here. For their age, the water park was the biggest draw. The seven combination slides never had a queue, which made it incredibly fun! The wave pool was also a hit; once they were in, they didn't want to leave. The Bamboo Forest Shuttle was unique and had no queues either – the ride down was exhilarating! The Spiderweb Climbing area was also fantastic, with a large and tall structure that's quite rare to see. Even with a light rain, the kids didn't want to come down. The only regret is that the Mine Pit play area wasn't open this time; I hope we can experience it on our next visit. Besides playing with the kids, adults can also enjoy a singing bowl healing session. Baolin An has a serene environment, and the practitioner is very professional. A session of singing bowls and a chat filled with life philosophies can truly help one feel relaxed and joyful, both physically and mentally. The villa rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Fresh fruits and beverages are replenished daily, and the housekeepers are very efficient. The log cabin area has an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. Everywhere you look, whether in the park or on the hillside, there's lush greenery. Along the shaded paths, you occasionally catch whiffs of floral fragrance. The croaking of frogs and chirping of cicadas intertwine to create a summer night serenade. For city dwellers accustomed to noise, coming here is incredibly relaxing. If you enjoy walking, you can easily get in over 10,000 steps daily. If not, transportation is very convenient. There are shuttle buses with different routes downstairs from the lobby, all operating in an orderly fashion. You can call for a car to any attraction in the park at any time; it takes as little as 5 minutes during off-peak times and 15 minutes during peak hours. Finally, I'd like to extend a special thanks to our butler, Xiao Lian. She communicated with us throughout our stay via WeChat, always responding promptly and professionally to all our requests. She is a dedicated and earnest young woman. In fact, all the service staff we encountered in the park were very professional, service-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving. This is by far the best overall quality of staff we've seen in any family-friendly hotel in mainland China. It's particularly noteworthy that we lost items twice, and the staff helped us find them both times. Once was a small children's watch, which the staff incredibly found in the huge water park after two days of searching. The other was an e-reader; even after we had checked out, the hotel called us to inquire and arranged for it to be couriered to us. We are incredibly grateful 🙏 As we were leaving, both kids were already asking to come back next year. They even kept their water park wristbands on, unwilling to take them off, saying they wanted them as souvenirs. I also look forward to returning with my whole family to enjoy this fun, delicious, and comfortable haven.

Five-star full score recommended Moganshan Aimo Secret Land Hotel! The entire 300-acre valley is wrapped in bamboo sea. The pure white auditorium, the mine waterfall coffee, and the infinity pool on the top of the mountain are all blockbuster movies. The room is clean and elegant. You can enjoy the mountains and forests in the room. It is too worry-free to eat, live and play a one-stop holiday. The whole process must focus on praise the housekeeper Xiaoyan! Before departure, take the initiative to send mountain road navigation and play punch card guides. During the stay, you will be on call. The response speed is super fast. If you have any needs in the hotel, you will respond as soon as possible. The details are warm. The hotel environment is quiet and healing, the service is gentle and not disturbed, the housekeeper Xiaoqi is professional and enthusiastic, this mountain residence experience is full of perfect marks, next time you come to Moganshan, you will choose Ai Moore, look for the housekeeper Xiaoqi!

The front desk provides smiling service, and a dedicated person introduces the hotel's environment and facilities, and helps carry luggage to the room. Employees who meet in the inner garden will say hello. These three points may not seem difficult, but now many hotels have been lost. Even last year, I stayed in a movie theater in Huanhuan, which was several times more expensive, and failed to do it. It shows that the hotel training is in place. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, tea room, bar, and KTV, offering a wide range of leisure and entertainment options. All drinking water in the guest room minibars is complimentary, demonstrating thoughtful attention to detail. The hotel service deserves the most praise. Two days before check-in, six dedicated staff members from the butler, front desk, and lobby were assigned to assist with the entire itinerary, providing meticulous and attentive service throughout. Many small service surprises left a lasting impression: the turndown service was exceptionally thoughtful, with a complimentary drink for restful sleep; the dedicated parking service was incredibly convenient—simply inform the staff in advance, and the car will be ready, making driving much easier. All hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles throughout, and even providing a thoughtful gift upon departure, demonstrating impeccable hospitality. However, there were two minor flaws during this stay. Firstly, the stargazing room I pre-booked didn't come with a TV, a fact not clearly stated by the hotel beforehand. However, after I raised the issue, the hotel responded proactively and quickly, upgrading me to a room with a TV free of charge. This satisfactory solution demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Secondly, the breakfast selection was relatively simple. The freshly cooked noodles took a long time to prepare and tasted average, with only shrimp shells for simple flavor. Fortunately, the freshly squeezed juice was pure and slightly compensated for the shortcomings of the food. These minor flaws are details that can be improved and do not detract from the overall positive experience. The service team was professional and warm, handling unexpected issues generously and reliably. Unfortunately, it rained heavily for two days, preventing me from fully experiencing many aspects of the stay. Looking forward to a sunny day!

We chose Deqing Marriott for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The hotel is very new and all its facilities are excellent. Michael Lin provided us with a very comfortable experience during check-in. Our room had a view of the Ferris wheel, which made our child very happy. The hotel is right next to Yintai City, and we could walk there from the underground parking garage, which was super convenient, especially since it was raining. We were very satisfied with the hotel breakfast, especially the pickled cabbage buns and meat buns, which received rave reviews from the whole family! 👍

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body.

I spent the weekend at this hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The property is excellent — beautifully maintained, with a great location and stunning views. The pool area is lovely, and my room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a butler who was always ready to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed — truly attentive and helpful service. The service overall was very good, but I would suggest that the staff clean the pool with a net early in the morning before guests wake up. It’s a bit unpleasant to find insects that have fallen into the water overnight, and there wasn’t a net available for guests to use themselves. Apart from that small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
