Beautiful scenery, attentive service, and a great breakfast. The pool is heated, so you can swim even in winter. The castle is very unique. This is my second time here, and I'll definitely be back next spring.

I've been here many times and I love Naked Retreats' heated swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is good, and the pastries are especially great. The hotel service is also excellent; my room even got upgraded. The check-in experience was superb.

Our room offered an unparalleled vista – truly a 'living painting' the moment you open the window. From the moment we drove through the hotel gates, the meticulous and thoughtful service was evident; staff guided us all the way, so we never worried about getting lost. After parking, the hotel provided dedicated internal shuttles for pick-up and drop-off, making it completely hassle-free and elevating the whole experience. Waking up in the morning, gently drawing back the curtains, and watching the mist drift through the mountains, changing with the light – it was truly a sight so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away 🤩. Even doing nothing but lying in the room and soaking in the view brought immense joy. 🍴 **Dining Experience** The cliffside restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Perched right on the edge of the cliff, it features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the entire valley the moment you sit down. We were incredibly fortunate to secure a table with the best view; the expansive vista was simply stunning. Eating breakfast while watching the clouds and mist dance through the valley was profoundly therapeutic. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, ensuring you'd never get tired of it. I must especially commend the rice noodles – with three distinct toppings, each bursting with fresh, savory flavor that left me craving more! I ordered them two days in a row; the more I ate, the more I loved them 😋. 😄 **Overall Experience** If you're looking for a romantic getaway for an anniversary, or a relaxing weekend road trip within the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, this place is absolutely perfect! There's no need to meticulously plan an itinerary; the hotel itself is a 'self-contained holiday haven'. The complimentary activities alone are enough to fill a day: archery, billiards, craft-making... each one was engaging and fun. The paid activities were also reasonably priced. We tried both pottery and the spa, and highly recommend them. The entire experience was both relaxing and engaging, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves and truly 'slow down and savor the moment'. ✨ **Special Thanks** **Butler Xiao Chen**: The person who touched me the most throughout our stay! Not only were they professional and efficient, perfectly arranging all our small requests, but they were also incredibly thoughtful, often anticipating details we hadn't even considered. For instance, reminders for shuttle times, activity bookings, and little surprises in the room... they truly elevated the joy of our wedding anniversary trip. It genuinely felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being cared for by an old friend – incredibly heartwarming 💖. **Spa Therapist Sijia Celia**: Her professional and skillful techniques combined with gentle service truly healed my soul and left me completely relaxed. Afterwards, I felt light in body and mind, and utterly refreshed. **Craft Class Teachers Dina & Fern**: They were incredibly patient while guiding us through making fragrance sachets, providing step-by-step instructions and even encouraging us to add our own creative touches. The final products were not only beautiful but also imbued with wonderful memories. **Pottery & Painting Instructor Deng Chensi Sam**: Very professional, explained everything in detail, and gave us lots of inspiration and suggestions. He even thoughtfully added us on WeChat so we could track the firing and delivery progress of our pieces at any time. He truly embodies 'delivering peace of mind'! **Archery Instructor 🏹**: He was absolutely fantastic! His instruction was very professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We even participated in an archery competition and surprisingly won a prize! He called immediately to inform us and personally delivered the prize to our room. That moment truly warmed our hearts~

This was my first stay here, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel offered plenty of activities, and we also took a trip to explore the valley. I tried the spa at the hotel, which was incredibly relaxing. In the evening, I enjoyed a drink at the Grant Bar. Nora provided excellent service; I'd forgotten my umbrella in the Paotai Building, and she kindly helped retrieve it for me. Overall, the stay was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back! 🥰

The castle views were stunning, and the air was filled with the refreshing scent of vegetation, accompanied by the occasional chirping of insects. Visiting this season, the landscape was a blanket of lush green, a truly soothing sight for the eyes. The service was also incredibly attentive; the staff went out of their way to accommodate guests. Overall, it was a wonderfully refreshing and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!
