First time here and I was pleasantly surprised by everything – the room, the service, and the view were all amazing! I really hope I can get the same room next year!

The room was fantastic! We got a free upgrade, and the breakfast was excellent too! I accidentally dropped my car keys on the hotel road one evening, and the next day, Mr. Shi, the shuttle bus team leader, along with the duty manager, went above and beyond to help me find them. It saved me a lot of trouble! Many thanks again to Mr. Shi!

Facilities: The resort has a ton of recreational facilities, great for kids, and there are even hiking trails for adults. Environment: The natural scenery is absolutely stunning; I could easily spend a whole week here. This was my second visit, and I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body.

I've been to Moganshan for several holidays, and I usually choose Jun'anli, mainly because of their 'Xinyue' manager (I don't know her full name). She's not only professional but also understands customer needs, which is a rare quality for a professional manager in the service industry. When my wife left her hair straightener at the hotel, Xinyue found it immediately and couriered it to her. Having Xinyue as a manager at Jun'anli significantly enhances customers' favorable impression and deep regard for the hotel. I'd give Xinyue a full 7-star rating for her excellent service.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are located on the mountain, and you need to take an electric shuttle from the lobby to check in. The overall service was good, and the shuttles were frequent and responded quickly when called, making it quite convenient to travel between the room and other activity areas. The hotel is more geared towards families and children, offering a variety of activities like go-karting and kayaking, so you won't get bored staying there. The breakfast selection was decent, and the local Moganshan specialty dried plum vegetable pancakes were quite tasty. The only minor drawback is that the hotel has been around for many years, so some of the furnishings in the rooms show a bit of wear, which slightly affected the experience. All in all, it's still a good option, especially if you're traveling with children.

The environment at Jun An Li is incredibly comfortable, and the mountain views are so healing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful scenery, making it a great place to explore. The shuttle bus service is very convenient. The New Rui photography service is highly professional, capturing natural and stunning shots throughout, making the whole experience relaxed and comfortable.

Opened in 2015, the rooms are well-maintained, but the facilities are a bit dated. Located among six mountains, the resort boasts a unique natural environment. There are plenty of shuttle buses and many family-friendly activities on-site. However, during holidays, you often have to wait in line, and the operating hours are too short. The large lawn is a major highlight, and the kids had a blast.

I am writing this with extreme dissatisfaction and a grave warning to all consumers: absolutely avoid this hotel! This is the first negative review I've ever given a hotel, which speaks volumes about the severity of the issues. This hotel, priced at over 2000 CNY per night and positioned as high-end, should have service and quality to match. After a two-night stay, evaluating it across five core dimensions—service efficiency, basic care, hygiene standards, room experience, and shuttle service—I can confirm that this hotel completely fails to meet its pricing standards. The management is chaotic, and the service attitude is appalling, directly ruining my entire vacation and leaving me utterly furious. **Front Desk Service: Extremely Inefficient and Lacking Professionalism** Upon check-in, the previous guest was simply asking about a minor itinerary change (booked for 3 nights, asking if they could stay 2 first). Two front desk staff members couldn't handle this independently, making repeated calls and wasting nearly 30 minutes. This severely delayed the normal check-in process, highlighting a lack of training, disorganized procedures, and poor service efficiency. **Lack of Basic Human Care; Pricing Severely Mismatched with Service!** On the night of check-in, I unexpectedly started my period. Being in a remote mountain area, I couldn't go out to buy supplies, so I asked the front desk for a sanitary pad. The hotel explicitly refused to provide emergency items for free, only offering them for purchase. A high-end hotel in the 2000 CNY range couldn't even provide basic care, unlike budget hotels like All Seasons or Atour (which provide emergency items for free). Additionally, the toiletries were of poor quality, and the bathroom cleanliness was far below that of chain hotels costing a few hundred CNY; hygiene standards were simply unacceptable. **Housekeeping Service: Seriously Disruptive and Lacking Basic Professionalism** On the first morning, at 9 AM, housekeeping staff loudly knocked on the door asking to clean, severely disturbing my rest. The next day, even earlier (7-8 AM), the front desk accidentally called and woke me up. They hung up without any apology or explanation, showing a cold and perfunctory attitude, completely devoid of service awareness. **Shuttle Service: A Mere Facade; Guest Rights Completely Ignored** As a resort hotel, guest rooms are scattered, requiring a shuttle to travel between the lobby and the parking lot. However, the front desk phone was constantly busy and unreachable. After calling for a vehicle, there was no estimated time of arrival or progress updates, leaving guests to wait outdoors. I waited for 20 minutes the next day, and the vehicle only arrived after three follow-up calls. The shuttle management is grossly derelict. In summary, the hotel's hygiene, service, facilities, and bedding—four core basic elements—are all completely substandard. It charges over 2000 CNY but delivers a far inferior, low-quality experience. My entire stay was awful and frustrating, a severe infringement on consumer rights. I strongly advise all consumers to completely avoid this hotel and save yourselves from this terrible experience.
