PPodcharakWe booked two rooms with a connecting door, which at first looked great with a nice river view. However, at 9 p.m., the air conditioner in one of the rooms broke down. After we informed the hotel, a member of the front office team suddenly appeared and handed us a new room keycard without even asking if we wanted to move. We didn’t, as our main priority for staying here was the connecting rooms.
He then said it would surely take a long time to fix the issue, but we were fine with waiting. Surprisingly, the engineering team fixed it within 15 minutes. This made me think the hotel staff were just too lazy to fix it right away.
Also, the morning egg station chef always seemed very serious, which made our mornings feel a bit too serious as well.

GGuest UserThe room was decent, quite spacious. Breakfast was a mix of à la carte and buffet, which was pretty good, though the breakfast area didn't have air conditioning. However, the island's temperature was fine, not too hot. The location is to the right of the pier, very quiet with few people around. The fire show at the restaurant in the evening was fantastic. Remember to bring some cash for tips, as they work really hard!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is spotless and quite new. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is well-designed with good water pressure. The air conditioning is refreshingly cold. The swimming pool is nice, and they provide towels for the beach. The beach in front of the hotel is also great, clean, and safe for swimming with good waves. There's ample parking; if the lot is full, you can park along the road in front of the beach, which feels safe as there isn't much traffic. Mae Ramphueng Beach is quiet. There aren't many seafood restaurants directly in front of the hotel, but that's not an issue as there are three 7-Elevens on this road. The hotel breakfast is decent, and they have a fresh coffee machine, which is convenient. Overall, I'm very impressed with the hotel's condition and the beach area in front of it. If I go to Rayong again and want a good swimming spot, I'd definitely consider staying here again. The room condition was exactly as pictured by the hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed for a week in April, in standard room A32. Everything was great. We came for a relaxing vacation, and that's exactly what we got. The hotel's beach was fantastic for me. A morning dip in the sea, then breakfast, and then just chilling on a sun lounger all day. The breakfasts were decent, with soups and a coffee machine offering bean coffee. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice in 5 days; it was pretty good and reasonably priced. You can also walk to 7/11. Vendors walk along the beach selling fruit – we discovered pomelo, which was delicious! Overall, I 100% recommend this place.

But the main highlight is the breakfast — it's vastly superior to the Hilton's, and the price is lower too. Plus, there are some great Thai restaurants nearby that are also very affordable.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at this hotel for Chinese New Year. This time, our room was on the right hillside, and it felt more spacious and newer than the bungalows on the left. The hotel service was still excellent. We booked a half-day private boat trip (wooden boat) through the hotel, and it was fantastic! The boat was new, and the included meal was delicious. We also booked a private fishing trip through the hotel, which was also a great experience. Catching fish was fun, but my child got seasick quite easily. The hotel dinner, however, felt a bit limited in variety, and the menu didn't change much, while the prices were quite high.

JJoebeverageI had a wonderful stay at this beachside hotel. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from a private beach where you can relax without the crowds. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets right from the balcony was a highlight. Another bonus is the nearby national park, easily accessible on foot, perfect for morning hikes and nature walks. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the entrance area, which could use better street lighting as it felt a bit dark and unsettling at night. Overall, a fantastic getaway spot!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel in January 2026. We liked the hotel; it's centrally located with markets and Lotus nearby. The hotel has a good gym with a sauna and a hammam, a small pool, and excellent breakfasts. Housekeeping is daily, and slippers, a bathrobe, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. However, there's no toothpaste or toothbrushes, despite it being listed as available. There's a safe in the room, and Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel. There's no free shuttle to the beach, even though it was stated as an amenity on our trip booking. We chose this hotel partly because of that specific feature. Ultimately, you can get to the beach by taxi for about 100 baht, or walk about 5 km. We walked a couple of times through the mangrove forest, but it is quite a distance. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel. We thank the hotel staff for their hospitality.

NNipoditangxianzuThe front desk was unstaffed at night, requiring a phone call to get assistance, which was inconvenient as we didn't have a local SIM card. Breakfast was quite mediocre, and the hotel's appearance didn't quite live up to the polished photos. Our room had only a small window, making it a bit dim with no view. The location was decent though, very close to the beach. The family room was fairly spacious, and we could push the beds together, which was enough for our group of three adults and two children. We booked primarily for the pool, but it turned out to be quite small, only suitable for kids to splash around in. Housekeeping staff were friendly; they'd fold towels into animal shapes if tipped. The shower pressure and overhead shower were much better than in other hotels we've stayed at. What's more, our 10-year-old wasn't charged for breakfast, whereas other hotels charged for the child in a 2-adult, 1-child booking.
