Second time here and still enjoying. Just one night there and can totally relax and turn off from worries. Staff is so nice and view from every point is incredible. Beach is clean and villas are so adorable.

We are very happy with our stay at Le Vimarn. We received a friendly and welcoming reception from the staff and enjoyed the beautiful area a lot. The breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from.

ハイグレードなホテルなのでそれなりのサービスが受けれると期待していましたが、がっかりする点が多々ありました。
滞在初日にTVのセッティング方法が分からなかったのでスタッフの人を呼びましたが、私がyoutubeやアマゾンプライムを見たいと単語を連呼しているにも関わらず、テレビのチャンネルリストを見せてくるだけ。
なぜ分からない？英語が分かる分からない以前の問題では？
挙げ句の果てに「5分待って」と言い部屋を出ていった後、結局誰も来ず。
また、バスタブにお湯を溜めることが出来なかったので点検しに来てくれるよう頼みましたが全然来ず。フロントに三回催促の電話をしてやっと来ました。最初に呼んでから30分ほど経過していました。
この点検スタッフもタイ語しか話せない人だったので翻訳アプリで意志疎通するしかなかった。
最終的にバスタブの問題は解決しましたが、このような調子だとトラブル発生時の対応に不安を抱かざるを得ないです。
施設内のレストランでも前菜を食べ終わっているにも関わらず全然下げにきてくれないし、こちらから言わないと下げてくれない。
あまり悪いことばかり書きたくないですが、正直４つ星ホテルに見合わない対応ですし、要改善だと思います。
部屋に関しても、洗面台が異様に低い事やベッド横にコンセントが無い点、バルコニーには土や葉っぱなどが風で飛んできて汚れるのでバスタブ周りが不潔に感じました。このようなことから部屋の設計にも疑問を感じました。
期待値が上がっていただけに残念でした。
唯一の救いは景色が綺麗だったことと、食事がすごく美味しかったことです。
