Coming to Hatyai this time, I'm so glad I chose this hotel. My overall stay truly exceeded expectations, and I'd say it's one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at in Hatyai so far. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredible cleanliness. From the lobby and hallways to the rooms, every corner is spotless. The sheets, duvet covers, and towels are all pristine white and free of any odors, making for a very reassuring and comfortable stay. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with stable hot water and excellent water pressure, allowing for a truly relaxing shower. The room itself was spacious, with a simple yet stylish design. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet and high-quality night's sleep. The air conditioning cooled quickly, and the Wi-Fi was stable, making it convenient for both relaxation and work. The hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, their service was very professional, and they patiently assisted with any issues, making me feel genuinely at home. Overall, this is an incredibly high-value-for-money hotel. Whether it's the cleanliness, room comfort, location, or service quality, it left a very deep impression on me. The location is superb. It's opposite Central Hatyai where you can shop whenever you feel like it. There is a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, no need to worrily if you need to grab some bites during night time. Grab ride is also very convenient. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. I will definitely come back.

This homestay was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere felt just like home. A perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommended!

Location wise is unbeatable. Right at the center of Lee garden. The rooms are clean but the lobby did smell like old cupboards. Hopefully they can improve on that. All the staff are friendly except for one. They ask for 5min to check the rooms which is understandable but when I mentioned I need to go after the 5mins as the van is waiting , the staff just toss back my passport to me on the table which is rude! She also speaking in Thai to her colleague (mention something about the 5min…). If you need more than 5min you can just communicate properly instead of showing a not professional attitude. I would like to mention again it’s just that one staff which has bad attitude. I think other staff are really friendly and kind.
