Definitely will stay here again on my next visit to Hat Yai! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The air-conditioning was cold, and the bed was super comfortable too. They even gave us 2 bottles of coconut drinks as welcome drinks. When we checked out, the lady boss also treated us to 2 cups of coffee.And must try their orengino & matcha drinks,super nice! Really appreciate the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

The hotel's front desk service was excellent – very polite, attentive, and patient. The room was exceptionally large, clean, and bright. The bathroom was also very spacious, equipped with a shower cap, hair shampoo, and body shampoo. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water was instant, no preheating needed. The location is incredibly convenient, super close to Kimyong and Lee Garden. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and conditioner.

Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking.The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

The front desk staff were very welcoming. However, eating and making phone calls are not allowed in the rooms; you have to go downstairs or use the outdoor common area. In the kitchen, the water dispenser and refrigerator are available for use, but the microwave was quite dirty and had some ants inside, so I wouldn’t recommend using it. Since the room itself has no windows, it felt a bit damp. But the worst part was the shower drainage—the water just wouldn't drain properly, causing it to pool during a shower, which makes it an unpleasant experience for the next person. Additionally, the bathroom has multiple steps/ledges, making the layout quite user-unfriendly.

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

My second stay at this hotel. Located out of town, very quiet and comfortable room. Nearby has local restaurants and some roadside eateries. Parking limited (roadside) Hotel will contact tuk tuk service if needed. Happening area - Lee Garden Hotel just 3.4km.

The service staff from front desk to security personnel was very nice, helpful and friendly except for one particular lady from front desk. When I approached her to inform her that I need a hair dryer for my room, she just blush me off and said it was inside the drawer and ask me go check. Obviously I did my check and couldn't find it. Cleanliness wise was abit disappointed. Saw few strands of long hair on the bathroom wall.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
