Anonymous UserWhenever I go to Hat Yai, I always choose this hotel because the rooms are new and clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and there's a restaurant downstairs. Excellent service!

YumilalaHotel cleanliness is great for a 2-star/budget hotel. However, there were no toiletries provided at all. The blanket was also in poor condition, as the cover was coming off.
Location-wise, it is okay, but since we visited during the Hari Raya season, not all halal food options were open.
Service was decent, and the staff were helpful.

** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

giva8A cute hotel, clean and quiet, a bit of walk from Lee Gardens, around 10 minutes but lots of food along the way. Some temples and 7-11s too. The area itself is quiet but there's some restaurants nearby if u turn left of the hotel. And a good cafe next door.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

hazimahaaThe room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. It looked like there was cigarette ash in the bathroom. The hotel is also very close to Hat Yai train station.

I had to stay in this location so as to visit a friend. Realise that to me at least, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Not many bars/ restaurants close by. Regardless, to me the hotel represented great value for money. Great Airconditioning, coffee making facilities, bar fridge and good hot water. Two small negatives from my perspective, In many parts of Asia the bed consists of a bottom sheet yet no top sheet as was the case here. All you get supplied with is a fleecy blanket to cover you. In some other hotels- not this one, the blanket sometimes smells a little leading me to wonder if it gets washed every stay. This one was ok, but I love a top sheet ( first world problem I guess) I found it amusing that when I moved in the girls didn’t give me a key to the door. When I explained that I really wanted a key they explained that to get it I had to pay a $5 (100 baht) deposit. Weird, but no worries. Overall a good stay and would stay again if I ever wanted to be in the middle of nowhere!
