4-Star Hotels in Pasay

Clean and good hotel

Very nice r oom

Very close to the airport and really nice facilities

The community is very safe, swipe the card upstairs, the room is clean and tidy, there are tables, sofas and kitchens, there are also necessary Wi-Fi and pure water, the boss is very warm, very friendly to the Chinese! Nice!

I really looked forward to stay in this hotel (I stayed in a private room, so it didn't feel like a hostel to me) and I was not disappointed. The interior design is straight out of Architectural Digest, and the aesthetics pleased and calmed me. I have a few feedback, tho: the bedroom slippers are too flimsy and you will slip when you walk wearing them, so it's dangerous; the blue-coloured shampoo isn't the original content as per ”white tea” bottle used; bottled water could be provided in the private rooms for convenience as the water dispenser is on another floor. I appreciated the USB charging ports on the wall, and the Netflix tv. I didn't know how to switch off the window aircon so I had to call for a staff to come and show me, as most hotels usually have remote controls for aircons but not this one.

The hotel is good. The staff tries to do their best. Some small disadvantages for me: the light from the window of the bathroom was very bright in the morning. It needs a curtain. The hygienic shower can't be reguled in a lower pressure. It was not comfortable. The guests above were very noisy at 2 am and the sounds were very loud from everywhere. I had two sleep with earplugs. The breakfast has only one choice if meal. It's not a buffet. It would be better one pancake and a little of porridge than two big pancakes. The rest is fine. And yes, the standard room would be not comfortable for two people. It's rather small.

The only disappointing part here is that they have provided a dirty looking blanket and towels. WIFI works only 1 day on did not work for another day.The property contact number which said they will assist you is not that accommodating. Also I have to mention here the additional 400 pesos you need to pay aside from the payment you had on trip.com for extending your stay. I paid already on trip.com why would I need to pay them again. As they said,” so i wont have to check out again because the check out is 11am and check in is 2pm. ??? I don’t get why i need to pay that when I just extend my stay and I do I have to check out if I didn’t pay that 400 pesos? I save them for another cleaning of room if I didn’t check out and I should be the one to pay additional?

Very confusing booking. No address or hotel information. No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call. The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful. In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located. Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. More timely transparency would be very helpful.
