3-Star Hotels in Pasay

A great location with amazing views. The owner was prompt at responding. It’s smaller than I thought, I booked for 4 people resulting two of my friends who had decided to stay elsewhere. The bed is a bit short for a guy with almost 180cm tall where the bed is positioned from wall to wall. I don’t mind sleeping with my feet reaching over the end of the bed unfortunately I couldn’t do that. I had to sleep diagonally. It didn’t become an issue as I had been sleeping alone. Too many unnecessary decorations in the unit which make it feel smaller. All required items for usage are complete and clean. The use of swimming pool might be best advised during the booking in regards on how to access it. Despite that, it was still a great place to stay and I might stay there again. I recommend it because those shortcomings were just my personal perhaps unique experience, it might be perfectly fine to others.

Had a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested. Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared. When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambiance….it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids. If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use. We encountered a small issue where we couldn’t go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe. None of this would have been possible if the owner wasn’t so responsive. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven! Чудесные апартаменты со всем необходимым! От аэропорта ехать на такси 12 мин. Внизу дома круглосуточные кафе и магазины(очень было удобно в 3 ночи). Отдельное спасибо за минибар со снеками))) Нам очень понравилось, спасибо!

The staff were very welcoming and would always greet you whenever you passed by them. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the rooftop area. It was super aesthetic and beautifully designed. The room was also very nice and comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

This is a lovely little hotel with supper friendly staff. The swimming pool and garden are really nice considering it is in the middle of a city. It is primarily a hotel for Filipinos, not many westerners there. The only downside is the location, it is not easy to get to or from without a grab account

I stayed alone, but it would be perfectly fine for a couple too. The hotel has a swimming pool, and security is excellent. The appliances like the TV, fridge, and air conditioning all worked well. The bed was a bit saggy, and once you get towels, they aren't replaced during your stay. Given the great value for money, I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

worth it yung room kahit nasa 10th floor kami ngayon nabigyan ng room last time kasi 3rd floor ata tas okay yung ambiance ng room and 10 mins walk papuntang terminal 3 via runway footbridge ❤️ kaso malabo yung instruction nung nag assist sakin sabi niya upon checkout, iiwan lang daw yung susi na may kasamang card tas kaninang nag checkout ako hinanap nung babae sa frontdesk yung card e naka kabit yung card sa susi, pinabalik pa ako ng 10th floor haysss pero overall maganda yung room at place super convenient sa mga may naka booked na flight.

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.

I used the room only for shower and relax after an early morning flight arrival. For the price, everything was okay. Fresh towels, soap, toothpaste+ brush set etc were all provided, air-conditioning worked well after I switched it on

I was satisfied with my stay in these apartments: convenient location to the SM Asia shopping center, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available, also a guarded area, a wonderful swimming pool with recreation areas.
