A magical hotel with exceptional kindness shown by everyone who works there. Fab central location among street art, excellent WiFi, superb aircon and showers, and enchanted rooftop pool with restaurant. One would be fortunate to get a room here. Thank you to Ricardo, Evelyn, Annie, and all the amazing staff members

Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast

This is a jungle hotel with a very elegant style. I really like their breakfast. Their staff are very friendly. When I arrived, I couldn't pay the taxi fare with a credit card. Their staff Boony (I'm not sure about the spelling) helped me using the hotel's POS machine.

Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars.

It is right next to tulum ruins (10 min walk). This is within the national parc region and very calm. If you are looking for a party place, It is not the best location. But, Peace seekers and travellers who just want to enjoy beautiful tulum beach; This is PERFECT. The staff and hospitality is amazing.

Alea Hotel was eventually closed due to unknown reasons, however the management booked us a similar room at a nearby hotel so we didn’t encounter any difficulties.

Beautiful hotel!! Spent an amazing week in a villa with my husband and we will never forget it. Our room was leaking a bit with the rain. Overall a wonderful experience. The museum was beautiful and the other location was well worth the drive to visit if you have a car.
