Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too

Breakfast is not large and service is acceptable. Domestic Hanting level, clean, but not worth 4 stars

The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovations. It's not that bad for a short stay. The only thing that really bothered me is the music sounds that kep pumping till morning from the next building club (disco). It was so bad that I had to call reception around 3:30AM. The reception manager was very apologetic and tried to help as much as he could, but it's not in his hand. He offered me a different room but it was already nearly 4AM and there was no point to move all my stuff to another room that will also be the same or slightly better. Other than the noise it was not bad, but definitely not worth the price. In my long experience of rating hotels and apartments, I'd give this place a 5/10. I don't thing I'll book there again unless the noise issue is fixed.

I stopped at Amman before and after I went to Petra. I stayed at this apartment hotel twice. The first time I had a good impression, the second time we broke the kettle in the room due to our own mistakes. I took the initiative to inform the front desk and charge it. 50JOD, which is about 500 yuan, this is a bit unkind, right?

Opposite a shopping mall, the location is relatively back street, breakfast is also very simple, you can eat. It is not very accurate to go out to take a taxi. There is a gym on the bottom trip. It is very convenient to wash clothes. In addition, there is also a microwave oven. It is not bad.

The breakfast restaurant is next to the lobby, but the breakfast is rich but the taste is average, the facilities are complete, and there is a parking lot downstairs. There is a gym and sauna on the ground floor and an indoor pool. There is an outdoor pool on the first floor.

The staff was friendly and they are up to help and assist. However, some points are conveyed with managed while my stating and they were very responsine; 1- magnetic card would not open easily. It need several attempt to in and out for make it open. 2- the color of the rooms and hall is dark. Such colors make the person unhappy. 3- inspite it is four star, no ATM machine avaliable in the hotel. 4- it need tourist arrangers inside the hotel. The desk avaliable but no one 5- as international standard for four hotel, tv subscription os usually available not air satellite channels

The staff is very respectful and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
