5-Star Hotels in Amman

It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Not up to the standard and not as clean as it should be. The carpet was dirty and I asked for a baby crib that I couldn’t allow my baby to sleep in it as it was super dirty and had a lot of stains.

I would rate it not just as a five-star experience, but closer to seven stars. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ward and Dina, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our inquiries and played a significant role in arranging our visits to key attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, and the city of Amman. Their efforts ensured that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. My daughter also had a wonderful time and made cherished memories during our stay. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.

Since I arrived at night in Jordan for the first time, I stayed at this hotel with a good reputation. Security was good about 25 minutes from the airport, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.

Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Such a bad check-in experience. I will not recommend this because it’s too costly for the quality they offer

Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
