5-Star Hotels in Amman

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Jordan. We stayed in a family room for two nights, and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding — both in terms of variety and quality. Everything was fresh and delicious. What we especially appreciated was that they still offered a full open buffet even though the hotel had relatively few guests at the time. Another major advantage of the hotel is its location. The area is very pleasant and we felt completely safe walking around with our two children. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. If we visit Jordan again, this would be our first choice without hesitation.

The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

I would rate it not just as a five-star experience, but closer to seven stars. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ward and Dina, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our inquiries and played a significant role in arranging our visits to key attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, and the city of Amman. The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.

My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!

When arrived, reception told us that there is no reservation for us. We book the evening of the day before. They implied that “it is not our problem, go solve it with the website you used for booking” it was very unprofessional. Immediately I had contact with customer service of trip.com and they contacted them and solved the issue. Other than this issue, everything was nice and the room was in an acceptable condition.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
