Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay special: Reception Staff - Lucky Front of House - Krishna Gym Staff - Thiru 💪 Room Service - Santhosh And thank you to Mr Amit Gera, GM who kindly welcomed me to the Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony at the front of the Novotel. Glad I could be there for the special occasion. 🇮🇳

The hotel is good and clean. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast spread is also good.

Service was great all the staff were very attentive. Facilities like the pool were used to swimming lessons which was weird for a hotel. Rooms were clean and location was alright had a nice view of the lake but no had no gym. Overall was satisfied with the service but not the facilities.

neaty mainatained lifts shold have been in the middle of each floor rather than at the end north indian restarant is worth a try breakfast sready is good but go early to get good attenton some rooms are modified which are very good others are old styled wooden flooring which smells

Very good experience! After booking the hotel, contact Ctrip customer service to help contact the hotel to arrange a pick-up, and we will reply quickly. The driver waited for us more than 2 hours to receive the hotel, about 90 yuan, very good! The room was comfortable, the breakfast variety was delicious, and there were western-style Indian pancakes, as well as the Indian pancakes that I like the most. The hotel decoration is very styled, recommended!

It was a fascinating trip with great experiences. India is a place like no other. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets could have been better but it was very adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would return again for sure. Prices were very nice.
