⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Bintan Pearl Beach Resort! Our stay at Bintan Pearl Beach Resort was truly excellent! 🌴 Before arriving, we were a bit unsure since the resort is located farther from both ferry terminals — but once we got there, we realized it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing weekend away from the crowds, this place is a hidden gem. The staff and driver were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also joined their guided tours, which turned out to be much more affordable and personal compared to online options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a great start to each morning. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and great hospitality in Bintan. 🌺

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

The room was perfect, and the service was exceptionally good, with complimentary snacks, disposable shower caps, toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, and combs, as well as shower gel and shampoo. Although there was an unexpected issue, the staff actively resolved it. It’s a very nice hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend everyone bring some stomach medicine when they visit; even though I was very careful, I still got an upset stomach. I suggest opting for the hotel's airport transfer service, it’s great value for money.
