LLonglonglonglongzhangThe hotel is located in the old city, and the surrounding roads are quite narrow. There are cars parked all along the curbs. The hotel has a few parking spaces right outside, but if you arrive late, you'll have to find parking elsewhere. The room has character, and the decor is in line with the Yili style. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the owner even provides a local food guide. Breakfast was just okay; I only had a bowl of beef noodle soup, which was mostly broth with no beef. But then I remembered the off-season rate was only around 200 yuan, and I let it go.

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

A thoughtful touch was that the air conditioning was already on in the room before I even checked in. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful; she even gave me several hours of free late check-out because my flight was so late. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserMy stay coincided with snowfall in Yining, and the white guesthouse buildings against the backdrop of falling snow created an incredibly atmospheric ambiance! I thought it would be cold with the snow, but the room was so warm I had to turn on the air conditioning 🤣🤣 The room was fully equipped with smart devices, and it was exceptionally quiet both day and night—very pleasant.
PS: The owner was warm and considerate! They responded to any requests instantly. The environment was clean, tidy, and stylishly designed. It was a truly therapeutic stay; I'll definitely come back to stay in Yili, Xinjiang when I have the chance!

The entire check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. The room design was simple yet elegant, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom facilities were modern, with ample hot water, and the amenities were also of good quality.

CCainaxianyanzhituiThe location is great, making it super convenient for parking, dining, and entertainment, with Liu Xing Street right across the road. The hotel service and environment are quite good. However, I have to mention the smell issue in the bathroom. The first room I entered had a strong odor, so I asked the front desk to change rooms. The second room didn't have much of a smell when I opened the main door, but once I opened the toilet door, the smell was really overpowering. It seems to be a common problem. I personally poured about 10 cups of water down the drain using a cup, hoping the hotel will address this issue. The floor drain's odor prevention is clearly a serious problem, and it needs attention. The hotel's location, environment, and facilities are all excellent; please don't let this issue affect guest experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and has a parking lot, making parking very convenient. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was dry and odorless, and the bathroom was free of water stains and unpleasant smells, making me feel very safe and comfortable.
Facilities: The facilities were complete and well-maintained. The mattress was the perfect firmness, the shower had great water pressure, and the hot water came on quickly. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for working or watching shows.
Service: Check-in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly. They even proactively asked if I needed luggage storage upon check-out, which was very thoughtful.
Location/Transportation: The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby.
Overall, it's a very cost-effective choice. Whether for business or leisure, choosing this place is definitely a safe bet.

Ggod_chnI stayed at this hotel again, and the front desk staff was still so enthusiastic to greet people and say hello! The security guard helped me take my luggage when I got off the bus! 1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.
