The courtyard is very comfortably arranged, perfect for sitting out in the evening to relax and chat. The room facilities are very new, and the bedding is comfortable. If you have any questions, you can always ask the host for timely assistance.

Costing millions of yuan, this high-end guesthouse, meticulously crafted over three years by dozens of skilled craftsmen, perfectly embodies the architectural aesthetic of the Ili River Valley's diverse cultures. Inside, the courtyard's blue and green carved doors and windows, and walls clad in red brick and birch wood, evoke a rich sense of ethnic character. The intricate geometric carvings on the columns and eaves blend the essence of West Asian, Russian, and Islamic art. Inside, exquisite hand-carved patterns bloom on the objects, wooden furniture features mortise and tenon joints to create rustic silhouettes, earthenware craftsmanship preserves the texture of time through twisting and firing, and paintings depict folk scenes in rich, rich colors. Traditionally patterned fabrics on bed curtains and curtains sway gently in the breeze, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. The guest rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as smart toilets and thermostatically controlled floor heating. They also feature imported red oak furniture, custom-made Mousse mattresses, and high-end amenities such as TOTO sanitary ware, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay while immersing yourself in the local culture. The service at the B&B is exceptionally attentive. Upon check-in, the housekeeper will serve tea and fresh fruit. A complimentary nutritious Xinjiang breakfast is also available, along with unlimited fruit, pastries, and beverages available 24/7. The B&B is also pet-friendly, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Liuxing Street.

The service was excellent! Proactive and attentive. The shower water pressure was strong. The parking lot security guard deserves praise. The local snacks, like rice crackers, provided by the front desk were delicious! There was even a washing machine in the room! A foot bath, hot water bottle, and foot bath bags were also provided. The facilities are basic due to the building's original design. However, the warm and attentive service greatly enhanced the experience. Since it's a single-pane window, noise control is only so-so; those with sleep difficulties should probably avoid it.

On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. The public areas are clean, bright, and well-lit with soft lighting, completely devoid of that commercial hustle and bustle, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The public spaces are tidy, well-organized, and adorned with greenery, all meticulously maintained. The guest rooms are well-laid out with excellent natural light. The bedding is soft and clean, and the soundproofing is superb, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep after a day of travel. The hotel's overall ambiance is serene and comfortable, perfect for those visiting Yining, especially for a road trip stopover. What truly impressed me, and what sets this hotel apart from other five-star establishments, is the genuinely heartfelt service from the management. A special thank you to the Assistant General Manager. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Knowing I had driven a long distance, they specially gifted me a local lavender sachet. Its light, calming scent was perfect for my tired state after the journey. It was a small gift, but incredibly thoughtful, filled with the gentle, ceremonial charm of Yili. What's even more remarkable is that even after check-out, they continued to follow up on my journey, proactively asking if I had arrived safely at my destination and if my travels were smooth. I've stayed in countless hotels, and most services end right after check-out. It's rare to find management or staff who still care about a guest's safety after they've left. This kind of unexpected, heartfelt attention and sincerity was truly touching. Overall, my experience was that this hotel not only boasts excellent facilities and a comfortable, clean environment, but more importantly, it offers warm and personable service. I genuinely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone traveling to Yining, whether for leisure, a road trip, or business! I've stayed at this hotel twice now. What I really liked was its high floor and floor-to-ceiling window! The view was stunning! Just like in Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou, it's perfect for taking photos. It's also very quiet; my friends and I came here to take pictures! I feel like you can't find another hotel like this in Yining. This stay was a great experience, and the front desk service was excellent! The receptionist was beautiful and spoke with poise, elegance, and gentleness, and the male receptionist was also handsome and upright. He even helped me with my luggage. I loved it!

My wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

First time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

The environment here is super nice! The owners are also lovely people. The male owner even helped me with my luggage 💼. The room was clean and warm. I originally planned to stay here again after coming back from Kuldun, but unfortunately, it was fully booked! Will have to wait until next time!
