Mmiya_princessHands down, this was the best hotel of our Northern Xinjiang trip! We booked a family room, and the beds were large and incredibly comfortable. The laundry service was a wonderful touch; you just leave a note, and they'll deliver your clothes right back to your room. Breakfast was also quite good, and the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were proactive, always offering tea – the honey tea was particularly delicious! They even had drinks available for the kids. And they provided plenty of bottled water. This stay has definitely made Atour my first choice for all future travels!

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

GGuest UserThe hotel offers a very convenient airport shuttle service. Its excellent location, very close to Liuxing Street, makes it perfect for evening strolls. This was definitely our top choice for a short stay in Yining. The room desk was a bit small, but it wasn't a major issue. We stayed at a few other places afterwards, and none were as comfortable or convenient as this one. The shower water temperature was great, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was also decent! The pictures are of takeout food; I forgot to take photos of the room.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers incredible value for money. As a chain hotel, you can rest assured about its quality; the hygiene is great, and the rooms are comfortable. A thoughtful touch was that the air conditioning was already on in the room before I even checked in. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful; she even gave me several hours of free late check-out because my flight was so late. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and has a parking lot, making parking very convenient. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

LLimintaiFirst time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision!
As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

Ggod_chnI stayed at this hotel again, and the front desk staff was still so enthusiastic to greet people and say hello! The security guard helped me take my luggage when I got off the bus! When I returned to the hotel after finishing my business at night, I also saw the security guard take the initiative to help the guests with their luggage! It's worth a thumbs up👍👍

Uusei_cnHonestly, I don't know how to rate this hotel. The service was bad—they thoughtfully provided breakfast for our family room, though they weren't very welcoming. But the security guard at the entrance was just sitting there playing on his phone, completely ignoring our large suitcases.
The facilities were also bad—the internal parking was convenient and you didn't need to register your license plate. However, there weren't any charging stations, and the entrance was hard to find.
The cleanliness was poor—they cleaned our room after breakfast, but there were coffee stains on our coffee cups.
The restaurant service, on the other hand, was excellent. They greeted us with a ”good morning” upon arrival and refilled our food bowls when they were less than half full. Thumbs up!

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.
