Perfect
Location: Only a 7-8 minute walk to Liuxing Street, very convenient. Environment: Exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, tidy, and cozy. The courtyard even had a swing and slide, which the kids loved. Service: We provided the room location a day in advance, and the assistance with luggage was very thoughtful. Overall, this was my favorite B&B of this trip, and I'll definitely be back.

Nice modern hotel with some good amenities. Good and cheap breakfast. A nightly snack after 9:30, free laundry and a comfortable library and working area. Lots of free bottled water and a great and helpful staff. What more could you ask for?

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Friendly and helpful staffs. Location to airport is 20 min. You can walk to Liuxing Street and Han Princess Memorial. Kazanqi Tourism Area is 35 min by foot. Good food are near by.

First time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

The staff at the hotel were beyond helpful when we arrived. Zaynula and Guligeilan assisted to correct the booking we made, being very patient and friendly throughout and we really appreciated their service. The hotel building looks dated from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby and rooms as the interior is modern and well appointed (I believe it may have been newly renovated). Overall, this was a great stay and we would recommend it

HhhmmmHotel upgraded us to this suite (which we had booked for our 1st night) for our 2nd night. But they had only informed us in the afternoon when we were at nalati, after we had packed the luggage and left them with the reception. If they had informed us the night before, we wouldn't have to pack and check out

It's within walking distance of Liuxing Street. The hotel security guard was very patient and helped with my luggage; I'm very grateful to him. The hotel facilities are complete, comfortable, bright, and spacious. I would stay here again next time; the breakfast was also plentiful.
