WWenfenggeThe homestay is located in Liuxing Street, a small courtyard building, it looks refreshing and comfortable from the appearance. It is rare that there is a small open space in front of the door and parking is very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the details were in place. The boss and his wife are a young handsome guy and beauty, assisting with parking, picking up luggage, recommending strategies, and considering the guests in detail, warm and casual like family. Very recommended.

GGuest UserWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they even gave us apricot peel tea, which was delicious! The breakfast was also delicious. AAnonymous UserThe B&B is located in the old town and has its own small parking lot, which is very convenient. The courtyard is very cozy and neatly kept. When the weather is good, you can have breakfast and tea in the courtyard, and you can also have a drink at the bar in the evening. The interior of the B&B retains the characteristics of local dwellings. The room we stayed in is not large but hygienic, and every detail is carefully decorated. The service is especially commendable! Friendly and helpful. Homemade naan, jam and beef sauce are prepared for breakfast. It is delicious and filling. If you are not in a hurry, you can stay and relax.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, the courtyard was beautiful, and the owner was incredibly nice. I highly recommend it. We were stuck in traffic all the way from Sayim Lake to Yining City until almost midnight. We dropped off our luggage at the hotel and were starving, so the owner contacted us about a restaurant that was still open, allowing us to have a comfortable meal. It was almost 2 a.m. when we got back, and the owner was sitting alone in the courtyard waiting for us, which was a bit embarrassing. Breakfast was served separately, with porridge, which was quite enjoyable. This morning, we discovered the courtyard was filled with flowers and plants, a small Border Collie, and a pond full of fish. The kids were so happy they played until midnight before checking out. 😂😂😂 Facilities: Brand new Cleanliness: Clean Environment: The courtyard is unique, like a dream home Service: The owner was knowledgeable and always answered any questions we had.

I had initially booked for two nights, but due to personal reasons, I had to check out early, and the hotel was very accommodating about it. GGuest UserThe hotel is at the entrance of the alley, close to Liuxing Street, and has an excellent location. I am very satisfied with the room. It is clean and tidy with aromatherapy. The front desk service is polite and efficient. There are two suggestions for improvement: one is that the bathroom shower handle is leaking seriously; the other is the problem of outsourcing breakfast. As a four-diamond hotel, the outsourced restaurant service is a bit behind. There is no fruit, Western food, juice, coffee, etc., and there is a limit of one egg and milk tea. , beef noodles, etc., you have to pay extra. The most important thing is that the restaurant service staff keep shouting not to waste, waste will be fined, we are all adults, why bother? The breakfast was so boring that it really lowered the hotel's quality.

DDuoduomumuYining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking! The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful! Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots
