Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with high-standard amenities, and the building has an elevator, making it suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests with mobility issues. Service: Both the front desk staff and the dining service personnel are incredibly friendly. They even adjusted the meals to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions. I traveled with my mother, who has mobility issues and occasionally needs a wheelchair. This guesthouse came highly recommended and praised by her. The host and the receptionist are very kind and helpful. If you want to have a vacation out of town with families, this is the place that will fulfill your demands. For foreigners, you may use the app 'Gaode Dache' and choose 'Shunfengche' (carpool); the traveling fee will be cheaper than 'Dache' (taking a taxi) and more convenient.

Highly recommend this Vienna Hotel if you're driving to Kaiping. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the rooms are very large. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the views are great – both river and city views are excellent. Breakfast is also plentiful, and parking is convenient. Definitely worth recommending.

The kids' themed room we booked was such a pleasant surprise! The decor was so playful and child-friendly, my little one fell in love with it at first sight. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the space was spacious and comfortable. My child had a blast, and we'll definitely be back with the kids next time!

My five-day stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Taishan Changdachang was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location is unbeatable; just downstairs, you'll find the Changdachang shopping center, offering a wide array of dining, entertainment, and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was different every day, with a rich and exquisite selection of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made rice noodle rolls and noodles were a pure delight with every bite. The room itself was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every evening. I especially want to thank the front desk team: Toby, Eva, and Janice. From Toby's efficient and thoughtful room upgrade at check-in, to Eva's warm and enthusiastic greetings and assistance with questions every time I entered or left, and finally to Janice's patient help with check-out procedures and detailed advice on local transportation before I left – all three receptionists consistently maintained professional and friendly smiles, making the entire stay incredibly pleasant. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel to stay at in Taishan, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The **room** was clean, bright, and thoughtfully decorated with a subtle floral theme that felt cozy but not overdone. The bed was comfortable, the linens felt fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the small details—complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a well‑placed reading light by the bed.

We stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable.

The staff at Chikan Ancient Town and the hotel service personnel are all locals. They have a deep affection for their hometown and are dedicated to making this place a shining beacon. The service is filled with genuine human warmth. For example, the hotel's cleaning staff will give a friendly nod of greeting, the trolley car drivers can provide detailed information about each stop in Cantonese, and the boatmen on the sculling boats will even wish you a pleasant trip in Cantonese, saying, ”祝您游玩愉快” (Wish you a pleasant trip). Within the Greater Bay Area, it's truly rare to hear staff using Cantonese within a scenic area. The linen changes and the cleanliness of the bathroom areas are maintained to a high standard. This is my second visit, and the scenic area has added several new and exciting performances. I hope this place continues to innovate and maintain its unique charm for a long time.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The decor is modern and minimalist, simple yet cozy and stylish. Our room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view – I loved relaxing on the sofa and scrolling on my phone. So, so relaxing! The front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful and even upgraded our room, plus she told us about the outdoor pool on the second floor. 👍🏻👍🏻 It's the little details that show quality. Highly recommend… we'll definitely be back!

The service was really poor. I specifically asked for a room not at the end or beginning of the hall, and they still made me argue for it, telling me to put it in the remarks next time. The pillows were too high, giving me a neck ache. The location is a bit out of the way. The room itself was okay, and everything else was fine. Parking was a hassle; I had to register at the front desk every time I wanted to go out, which was incredibly inconvenient just to grab a meal.

Traveling during off-peak season offers a unique experience. The ancient town is well-planned with plenty of family-friendly facilities and a variety of indoor and outdoor performances to suit different preferences. The show schedule is quite reasonable; we checked into our hotel around 3 PM and managed to see all the attractions, take many photos, and sample a lot of local food within a day and a half. Rong'an was pretty good – the breakfast was plentiful, the room was spacious with a large balcony, and the cleanliness was up to standard. There was some water seepage on the bathroom wall, but it didn't dampen our spirits. Overall, we had a great time! Thumbs up! 👍
