2-Star Hotels in Jiangmen

The room was very clean and the environment was excellent. The owner was very welcoming and we could cook. Being on the 19th floor, the view was expansive. Disposable towels were provided, but the large bed wasn't quite flat.

Checkin and checkout was fast. The front office (Cindy) was well informed and recommended places to eat and visit. The hotel is strategically located within walking distance to Pedestrian Street, Taishan Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, etc. The rooms were as advertised. Great to have both washer and dryer. Morning breakfast food could be improved.

This hotel is located near the huge Wanda Plaza shopping mall complex and so is super convenient. The luxury coach from the international airport stops at the hotel just across the road, which makes it very accessible and direct route to the airport. There is a famous dim sum restaurant among the low level shops and eateries behind. The shopping mall is great for shopping and many good restaurants are at the third floor inside the mall.It is on high floor and the room outside view is nice. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. There is also a washing machine inside the room where we do our laundry every two days. There is no dryer so have to improvise drying the clothes on the grilles at the windows. Considering the good room rate, it is worth to choose to stay at this well-equipped and big room and enjoyed the surrounding amenities, mall, restaurants and parks. Will choose this again if coming back to Jiangmen.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, but unfortunately, the smell of smoke was extremely strong, persisting for two consecutive days. I requested a non-smoking room. My room only had a little fresh air after all the other guests on my floor had left. There must be a problem with the hotel's ventilation system. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However, when doing laundry, I wanted to finish drying my clothes within three hours. Later, I had an urgent matter and wanted to interrupt the cycle, so I had to force the washing machine to stop. The receptionist on duty didn't know how to do it and brought over a middle-aged woman, I don't know if she was a manager or something. Her first words were only about how easily her washing machine broke down; she didn't ask a single question about the guests' experience, and her entire conversation consisted of complaints. The first time I did laundry, the receptionist said I could stop the cycle midway. Washing and drying are free, but the clothes weren't completely dry, only half-dry.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. The air conditioner in the hotel is very cold. I set it to 28 degrees when I sleep at night. The most dissatisfied thing is that the hair dryer is very weak and it will not dry for half an hour after washing my hair.

Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

The hotel staff has excellent and professional service attitude; although the epidemic has passed, the front desk still has disinfectant hand sanitizer to ensure personal hygiene, which is worthy of praise. An elevator is set up to reach the guest room floor directly; the assigned room has a comfortable layout and a quiet environment; the mattress and quilt cover are smooth and white; the air conditioner is quiet enough; the bathroom has plenty of hot and cold water. The face towels and bath towels are in plastic bags and sealed individually, which adds points to the details. It is close to the pedestrian street, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. Make an appointment for the hotel car in advance, and the high-speed rail station will provide free pick-up and drop-off service to the hotel, which is convenient and fast. The travel and stay experience is constantly improving. It is really precious for a business that operates with care!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiangmen. KTV on second floor For some fun and entertainment, I visited the popular KTV in Jiangmen. The KTV offered a wide selection of songs in various languages, making it a great place for friends and family to gather and have a good time. The sound system was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. It was a perfect place to let loose and enjoy some singing and dancing. Fish Market: Jiangmen is known for its fresh seafood, and the local fish market was a highlight of my visit. The market was bustling with activity, with a wide variety of fresh fish, shellfish, and other seafood on display. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase some fresh fish for a delicious meal later that day. BBQ: For dinner, I visited a popular barbecue restaurant in Jiangmen. The restaurant offered a wide selection of grilled meats, including beef, pork, and chicken, as well as a variety of side dishes. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a great place to enjoy a hearty meal with friends or family. Overall, my experience in Jiangmen was enjoyable and memorable. The city offered a mix of cultural attractions, delicious food, and entertainment options that made for a perfect weekend getaway. I would highly recommend a visit to Jiangmen for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing weekend trip.

Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

Although I have been to Shangchuan Island several times, the Guanrilou Hotel I stayed at this time was really the best experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of the beach. It is less than ten meters away from the beach😂👍. The boss is very enthusiastic and picked us up at the pier for free. The boss also sent us there for free on the last boat on the return trip. Thumbs up👍! The food and barbecue in the hotel are good value for money. I recommend friends who come here to stay here. You will not be disappointed🌈
