4-Star Hotels in Baotou

The location is close to Baotou Station (3 bus stops). There is Wuyue Plaza about 1000 meters west of the hotel. Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology has a night market opposite at night. It is very convenient to go shopping. The room matches the picture. Hotel facilities and health are very good, service is also very good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, introducing attractions and recommending special dining. We have old and small family trips, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage when we arrived at the store. When we left the store at noon on May 29, the two men at the front desk (forgot to ask for their names) took the initiative to help us push our luggage, and the same car as us came to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car. thank you very much. Business, travel, parents and children are all recommended.

On-site parking was convenient, although the lot was nearly full when I arrived around midnight. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with clean, crisp white bedding, and a large bathtub. All the little details were great, and overall, I had a very positive experience! The only minor hiccup was that the faucet handle broke. I had to guide the engineering staff to bring screwdrivers and pliers, and I ended up fixing the valve myself. But that's a minor point; it's definitely worth recommending!

Solid hotel close to many good restaurants. Very spacious rooms. Just a 7 min taxi ride to the Baotou museum. The breakfast was fantastic. Really fantastic! The staff was friendly, and tried to help me organize an excursion to the Kubiqi desert. Unfortunately they messed that up (but then apologies profusely and gave me some gifts instead). Note to future tourists: Just take a Didi to the desert. Don’t bother about the bus.

The stay experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is in a good location, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation was good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and efficient, and the details are intimate. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, health management is in place, and the price is very high. Living at ease and comfort, highly recommended, will give priority to this next trip!

The hotel facilities are old; the bathroom drainage is not very efficient; the bedside table is covered in dust; the bathroom floor is inexplicably covered in dirt; the hot water is not hot enough; and the provided towels are not very clean (I suggest not using them). There were drunk people making loud noise in the hallway late at night, and no one seemed to care. Breakfast selection was limited. In short, the hotel is very poor value for money. Please choose this hotel with caution!

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

It was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much.

A nice hotel! A simple spread of cakes and biscuits provided for teatime, and a bowl of noodles for supper👏👏👏👏Was upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

A really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern. Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

I spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. I will definitely visit your hotel again.
