The location is close to Baotou Station (3 bus stops). There is Wuyue Plaza about 1000 meters west of the hotel. Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology has a night market opposite at night. It is very convenient to go shopping. The room matches the picture. Hotel facilities and health are very good, service is also very good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, introducing attractions and recommending special dining. We have old and small family trips, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage when we arrived at the store. When we left the store at noon on May 29, the two men at the front desk (forgot to ask for their names) took the initiative to help us push our luggage, and the same car as us came to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car. thank you very much. Fantastic stay, five stars all around! 👍 The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. My room was spotless and fresh, with no odd smells, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept like a baby until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was a breeze, and housekeeping was very prompt. All the facilities were in great working order. Definitely great value for money, and I'll absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Solid hotel close to many good restaurants. Very spacious rooms. Just a 7 min taxi ride to the Baotou museum. The breakfast was fantastic. Really fantastic! The staff was friendly, and tried to help me organize an excursion to the Kubiqi desert. Unfortunately they messed that up (but then apologies profusely and gave me some gifts instead). Note to future tourists: Just take a Didi to the desert. Don’t bother about the bus.

Good quality business hotel. Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view. Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily. As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee. The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated! The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

It was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much.

The hotel is in a good location, eating is very convenient, the service staff is very good, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, the mattress is very comfortable, the sound insulation is good, it is very quiet, and the view is very good.

These are the biggest advantages But there are still some disadvantages: first of all, the TV remote control in the room was gone and the hotel did not provide a solution. Secondly, the hotel's air conditioning is broken. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible. The third is that there are some black spots on the wall, so be careful to clean them.
