"This is an older hotel, and the facilities are a bit dated (for example, the toilets aren't smart toilets). However, the service here is excellent. Whether it's the front desk staff, the floor attendants, the restaurant staff, or any other service personnel you encounter, they are all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Thumbs up to them! 👍 The hotel's swimming pool is also quite good, and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. The location of this hotel is also fantastic. The surrounding commercial streets and Wanda Plaza are great for browsing, and there are many delicious food options nearby. Right downstairs is the Bank Plaza, perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening. If I come to Baotou again next time, I'll probably stay here again! 😊"

"Staying here spontaneously after a long drive, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and responsive, quickly helping with directions and lending me items. The self-service laundry was free, and the spacious parking lot didn't charge, which was perfect for a long-distance stopover. They also provided complimentary bottled water daily."

The air conditioning in the room wasn't on, but the air conditioning on the first floor was very cool. Is this to save energy? I paid for the air conditioning, and I slept with the curtains and windows open in the middle of the night. A fan was provided to cool us down, but we didn't get a heat stroke. A high-end hotel's service and amenities are crucial, not just the room's condition."

Very rich breakfast, including Nemont snacks and vegetables. There are many restaurants and roadside barbecues near the hotel, and it’s fun to watch them eat. The key hotel has a doll-catching machine to satisfy children's joy of catching dolls. The only drawback is the parking space, which may be a little insufficient during holidays and is shared with a nearby supermarket."

The authentic Inner Mongolian beef and lamb were tender and free of ***** taste, with hand-pulled lamb and freshly roasted lamb chops tasting truly authentic. For breakfast, the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products had an authentic flavor, and the hotpot for dinner featured fresh and ample ingredients. Chinese and Western hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and beverages were available in unlimited quantities throughout the day. The Shalian Hall also provided self-service snacks and drinks from day to night. Despite being in the dry desert, the food quality was consistently high, with timely replenishment of ingredients and stable flavors. Every meal was satisfying, and we didn't have to worry about finding food elsewhere. I must particularly praise the food: the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offered a rich and balanced selection of dishes.
