"Overall, the Shansha Hotel offers a very good experience. The room design is full of sci-fi fantasy, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The staff in the hotel's kids' area are patient and attentive, actively guiding children in their play, which significantly enhances the family-friendly experience. The hotel is a bit on the smaller side with somewhat limited space, but the layout is compact and efficient, making it very convenient to access all functional areas. This actually works out as an advantage when traveling with kids, as you don't have to walk long distances. However, there are three minor drawbacks: 1. The dining quality significantly lags behind that of the Lotus Hotel. I suggest the hotel upgrade its meal standards. Adjusting room rates or dining prices accordingly would be feasible. For guests, the core appeal is the vacation experience, and improved dining would greatly boost overall reputation. 2. While the pool looks impressive, the water temperature is too low. Even with an outdoor temperature of 38℃ on that day, the pool water was still freezing cold, making it impossible to swim. This was a significant disappointment compared to expectations. 3. During my stay, there was a minor issue with room cleaning. Thankfully, the hotel, in coordination with Trip.com, resolved it efficiently and properly. Both the resolution process and the final outcome were very satisfactory. Compared to similar hotels in the Desert region, the Shansha Hotel is generally recommendable. Its unique, futuristic architecture resembles an interstellar island in the desert, making it a top choice for families with children."

"I want to give 150 points out of 100. Clean and tidy, the service attitude is particularly good, the front desk brother and sister speak gently, and the ability to solve problems quickly. The parent-child room we stayed in has complete room facilities, especially the pillows, mattresses and quilts of Atour, which are super comfortable. You can fall into a deep sleep directly after lying on them. The hygiene is very clean. There is a giant panda in the room. The child was originally clamoring to go home, but when he saw the giant panda doll, he held it and played with it. There was also a small tent for children. The child was reluctant to leave when he left. There is also a laundry room on the fifth floor. The staff can help take care of it for free. It is a washing and drying machine, which solves the big problems during the trip. When leaving the hotel, the child was given a small gift, which made him feel very happy! ! ! And they all pay attention to details, which makes people feel very warm and comfortable."

"Warning! Absolutely terrible stay experience!! Cleanliness and service were completely substandard. The room was worrisome; hair was everywhere. The worst part was that the bathtub cover had been used and still had hair inside—I wouldn't dare use it. The room phone was broken, and I couldn't contact the front desk, making communication impossible in an emergency. Even more outrageous, there weren't even disposable toilet seat covers. When I complained to the front desk, they just said they could have a housekeeping staff member disinfect it again if I wasn't comfortable with it—a dismissive attitude with no intention of resolving the issue. As a hotel, they couldn't even provide basic hygiene and facilities. Disposable toiletries were missing, the bathtub cover was reused, and the phone was broken. My stay was neither safe nor comfortable. I strongly advise against staying here; choose carefully!"

"Hygiene was so-so. Upon check-in, we found oil stains on the sheets. When a staff member changed the sheets, we discovered the non-slip mat was even dirtier. My husband and I slept naked all night. The disposable slippers were not slip-resistant at all. The bathtub room didn't have disposable bathtub liners. The front desk service was acceptable. Also, the soundproofing was quite poor."
