I went to the front desk to check in, but the air conditioner was not turned on. I was sweating from the heat. A cozy hotel in a good part of the city. The staff speaks English, so check in was smooth. The only thing I didn't like was the digital clock on the mirror. Its light was so strong that I had to hang the towel on it to darken the room before going to sleep

The room was generally good, although it wasn't quite the same as the photos in the reservation, and the door lock was out of power. The front desk said we could check out if we weren't staying, and then I called Ctrip's concierge service and they upgraded me. The new room had decent facilities, but it was a bit cold. They also offered a late check-out option. Overall, it was okay. Booking hotels through Ctrip is definitely the best option.

The hotel has private bathrooms, which are clean and well-equipped. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, took us on tours, and gave us many discounts. We had a blast. We met lovely people on the Xilamuren Grassland. I'm so happy and will definitely come back! It's much more reliable to contact a hotel than a tour group! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and adorable lambs! Horseback riding and archery at the Aobao meeting were so much fun.
