This is a business hotel with decent value for money, though its location isn't central. The service, however, is quite good. My only minor complaint is that rooms on the second and third floors facing the road have their views partially obstructed by the canopy of the ground floor lobby, which is a bit of a shame. What truly disappoints me is that Trip.com seemed to overcharge me, betraying my trust as the room rate was consistently higher than on other platforms. I'm done with Trip.com; I no longer trust them.

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

Service: The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, close to restaurants and local shopping streets. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. They recommended local restaurants and shopping areas and even thoughtfully reminded us to bring extra layers when going out in the evening. Cleanliness: The room was very clean; the bedding and toiletries seemed unused. The room was spacious, the underfloor heating was great, and thankfully the air conditioning worked. The room was also well soundproofed, so we slept soundly at night. Overall, this was one of the most satisfying accommodations during my trip to Southern Xinjiang. From the room experience to the staff service, everything was excellent!

I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!

Before coming to this hotel, the check-in process at the front desk was very efficient, and the front desk staff was polite and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a very restful night's sleep. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around and has complete amenities. The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! When booking, we received complimentary breakfast and late check-out, which enhanced our stay. They even proactively upgraded our room type, which was excellent!!! This is my top choice for accommodation in Aksu!!!

The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. The receptionist, Azgul, was very friendly and even offered welcome fruit. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Aksu Museum. Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel. The concierge even helped with our luggage during check-out, which was very thoughtful. It's clear the hotel management is good; every staff member had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home.

This is my second stay, and it's consistently excellent. The front desk recognized me immediately and remembered my request for a high floor, making check-in super fast. The concierge even offered me mung bean soup. The bedding is still incredibly soft, and the shower water heats up quickly with good pressure – something I'm very particular about, and this hotel nailed it. The price is also very reasonable. It's the kind of place you can book with your eyes closed and never be disappointed. I've already recommended it to friends.

Aksu has a lot of fun places. It is very convenient to choose this hotel. There are big shopping malls nearby. There are many places to eat. There is a large parking lot at the door. It is very convenient for self-driving tours to stay for a few more days.
