4-Star Hotels in Aksu City

Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience.

The hotel is very new, clean and hygienic, the rooms are large, the breakfast has many delicious varieties, and there are freshly cooked beef noodles/noodles. The service is also good, the nectarines are given for free and are very sweet, and the clothes are washed and dried for free. But the washroom design in the room is very inhumane. Washing, toilet, and shower are separated into three areas, which is good. However, there is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. You have to go out to the wash basin to put them, but there is no door to the wash basin. Is it possible? I ran out naked to put on clothes. The toilet and shower room had brown glass doors that were completely transparent when there was light. In other words, when I went to the toilet or shower, I could see everything outside. You can imagine that I was carrying a 16-year-old How embarrassing it is for my child

The hotel's environment and service are absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast spread is more than enough. However, the air conditioning is simply unacceptable. I understand it's a central AC system, but why the time restrictions? What kind of sense does it make to have the cooling only available from 2 PM to 12 AM every day? It was cool enough when the AC was on at night, but then I'd wake up feeling hot after falling asleep!

Large capacity can wash and dry the whole family clothes at once, the high temperature disinfection function makes the clothes fluffy and odorless, and even the down jacket can be easily done. Laundry liquid and softener are provided free of charge, the operation is simple, and the room is directly followed by the drama after washing, and the experience is full! 🏨 Health details: clean to the extreme The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, especially the intimate design of the pillow (rebound pillow + high soft pillow), and the quality of sleep was improved in a straight line. This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

This stay at the four-star hotel was fantastic! The receptionist was warm and efficient, proactively introducing the surrounding transportation and hotel facilities during check-in, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was fully equipped and well-maintained, with a smart toilet, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable mattress, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Cleanliness was impeccable, with even the bathroom corners spotless. The breakfast was plentiful, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruit—all fresh and delicious, perfect for starting the day with energy. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!

Before coming to this hotel, the check-in process at the front desk was very efficient, and the front desk staff was polite and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a very restful night's sleep. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around and has complete amenities. The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! When booking, we received complimentary breakfast and late check-out, which enhanced our stay. They even proactively upgraded our room type, which was excellent!!! This is my top choice for accommodation in Aksu!!!

The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. The receptionist, Azgul, was very friendly and even offered welcome fruit. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Aksu Museum. Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel. The concierge even helped with our luggage during check-out, which was very thoughtful. It's clear the hotel management is good; every staff member had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home.

Aksu has a lot of fun places. It is very convenient to choose this hotel. There are big shopping malls nearby. There are many places to eat. There is a large parking lot at the door. It is very convenient for self-driving tours to stay for a few more days.
