"We received a complimentary room upgrade, an extended check-out time to 3 PM, and a complimentary airport transfer. The breakfast was comparable to a five-star hotel; the handmade yogurt was my favorite, and it was unlimited. The kids also had unlimited milk. There was also oxtail noodle soup, steamed buns, and heart-shaped eggs. As for the bedding, there were two beds with four pillows, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was a three-part separation, and everything was up to four-star standards, including a sofa, table, lighting, curtains, and Xiaomi smart home control throughout the room. My child wants to come back to Aksu again because of the hotel. They didn't want to leave the hotel."

"This hotel is relatively new, the environment is clean and sanitary, and it is easy to find the location by car. However, the service efficiency needs to be improved. The process from check-in to using the food delivery robot is relatively slow and requires patience. We booked a triple room, but only two towels and bottled water were provided in the room, and the phone in the room was not connected, so we had to go to the front desk to ask in person. The front desk staff said that the room service had gone off duty and would have to wait until 10am the next morning to replenish it, but we had already arranged to leave, and they suggested that "we should have made our request earlier". However, a triple room should be equipped with supplies for three people, and it would be better if more attentiveness could be given to this. Overall, the hardware facilities are good, but the service details and responsiveness can be further improved."

"The front desk was gentle, polite and courteous. The bedding was clean. There was plenty of hot water and the water flow was strong. It was a pleasant shower. It was located in a busy area. There were many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores around. We stayed on the weekend. Parking was quite tight. Parking was in front of the bookstore. The hotel entrance was on the side and a short walk was required. Free parking. Individual travelers and tour groups were not on the same floor. It was quite quiet to sleep at night. I was especially grateful that it was pet-friendly. I was very satisfied overall."
