"The hotel is located in a market, and the outside environment is quite messy. I didn't want to go in, but after seeing the room, I decided to stay here. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy. In the morning, the roadside is full of stalls selling vegetables and fruits, which are cheap and fresh."

"Aside from being new, the hotel is utterly worthless. The shower head was detached, the front desk staff were unfriendly, and when asked where the restaurant was, they didn't respond. During breakfast, the staff were eating naan while cooking noodles – I've never seen anything like it before. Terrible!"

"First, the room smelled terrible due to backflow from the drain. I told the front desk the first time, and they even lit incense for me, but it didn't help. They only changed my room after I insisted. Second, regarding the parking fee downstairs, I paid for it myself in the morning. Since my car hadn't left within 15 minutes of check-in, I went to the front desk to inquire. They told me to pay it myself first, and they would reimburse me when I returned. Then, when I checked out, the hotel started shirking responsibility, making all sorts of excuses. It's not that I can't afford one night's parking fee, but I can't stand the way these businesses behave; it's unbearable! This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Aksu, bar none."
