The overall experience of this store is very good. The rooms are in place, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation are good. The front desk staff is warm and polite and the procedures are efficient. Go to Wangsan Street to eat at night. The hotel is strategically located, convenient to travel, and the surrounding dining convenience stores are complete. The soundproofing effect of the room is OK, and the rest is not disturbed at night. Value for money, it is suitable for travel or business trip, will recommend to friends.

This time I went out to travel, I still chose Huazhu Club, and I chose a cheap Hiyou Hotel. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is commendable. Hotel facilities are very new, everything is available, and the service is very good

這次和女朋友來阿克蘇玩，選了這家尚客優，體驗非常驚喜！訂的智能舒適大床房，房間很寬敞，床品柔軟，智能客控很方便。最滿意的是衞生，一塵不染，連角落都很乾凈。酒店位置特別好，離火車站不遠，去南湖人民公園溜達也方便。前台服務熱情周到，有求必應，整體性價比極高，滿分推薦！

It's basically a budget hotel setup, with small rooms. The front desk and hotel manager were both excellent, very accommodating with all requests. They offer airport pick-up service, which is a plus. However, a major downside is the pervasive smoke smell in the rooms, hallways, and even the elevator. The pick-up car also reeked of smoke. I had to switch rooms twice, and both had a strong smoke odor. On top of that, the drains in both rooms were clogged, leading to a flooded bathroom after just a 5-minute shower. I hope the hotel addresses the drainage issues soon.

It's a bit of a mixed bag. The upside is the underground garage, but the entrance is a bit tricky, making it difficult for me to get in and out in my Tank 300. I had to adjust the angle on the ground first. Also, no one told me to get the door slip, so I couldn't get out on the first day and had to go back to the front desk to get it. The room was quite spacious. I booked two days but only checked in for one. The next day, I couldn't open the door. I asked the front desk, and they said I didn't tell them when I checked in. ”(°ヘ°) Didn't they see it when I checked in? You still have to remind me to grant my room card access for two days?! Especially since they only gave me a one-day breakfast voucher after checking in on the first day. I told them I was staying two days, so they supposedly gave me both vouchers. So, how could they not know I was staying two days? Well, I didn't want to be unhappy during the holidays, so I kept quiet. I went upstairs and opened the door. The door was messed up, but was the bed made? =_= The towels on the bathroom floor weren't even picked up the day before. 😓 Okay, they emptied the trash can for me, which solved the immediate problem. Everything else was manageable and wouldn't affect my continued stay. Breakfast was available, but the main course was a bit shabby. One small steamed bun was enough for 5-6 small groups of people. Dining was for the family of 5 next door and the 3 of us. We had to go back and forth 3 times to get the main course, because we might not get it all at once. We would sit down to eat, and when it came, no one would get a single portion, so we would wait for the new ones to arrive before going back for more. 😥

The hotel's hot water supply was stable and ample, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. All amenities were fully stocked, and the facilities were brand new and functioned perfectly. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, with excellent service, cleanliness, and environment. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to everyone! The value is incredible, it's so comfortable you won't want to check out. I'm definitely booking this place again next time!

Good location and convenient transportation, walk to the old street 1.5 kilometers, go to Wensu Grand Canyon with direct trains, the bus to the train station is downstairs but a bit far away. The room is quite big, the facilities are complete and brand new and easy to use, the furniture is well designed, the floor-to-ceiling windows are high-end, the bedding is particularly soft and comfortable, it seems to be a duck down quilt, the wet and dry separation is great, it is the most boutique shop on the trip. Breakfast is different every day, there are porridge, steamed buns, fried eggs, stir-fried vegetables, etc., and the guests are more cost-effective! The quality of the museum is OK, the old street is newly built but the night market has free performances. It was very interesting to meet the Sunday Bazaar. The apple tree on the side of the road was fruitful. The sheep and sheep bazaar were in the suburbs. The big tail was soft and very soft. The cantaloupe was only one yuan and one catty. Aksu who decided to stay temporarily turned out to be very good. I will miss you when I eat sugar heart apples in the future.

The overall environment was tranquil and elegant, free from noise. After a long day of driving, I could finally get a good night's sleep here. The location was convenient, close to Aksu Old Street and Baishui Bazaar, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and responsive to my needs. It's rare to find such a comfortable homestay while traveling, and I will definitely choose Anyu again next time I'm in Aksu.
