The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The overall environment is very good and the price is not expensive. Free coffee is provided at the front desk every day. In addition, all the staff are very kind and greet people every day when they come in and out. I highly recommend it.

Traveling to Xinjiang with three friends, I went to Aksu City specially. Congratulations to my cousin's daughter for the college entrance examination. My brother-in-law gave us four stays in this hotel. The hotel is fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the service is warm. Security check. There is a restaurant downstairs and the dishes are delicious.

The hygiene of the room was lacking. The fast food noodle soup left by the guests in front was not wiped clean! There are bugs in the toilet. The facilities are relatively old. The toilet swayed from side to side when you sat on it. Hope it improves! The two beauties at the front desk provide enthusiastic service! Like 👍

The room was clean and spacious, and the linens and sheets were very neat. The staff and receptionists were excellent, and while the breakfast wasn't lavish, it was quite tasty. If I had to suggest something, I'd say providing disposable toilet seat covers in the rooms; it wouldn't cost much, but it would greatly improve the stay!

The only thing I want to complain about is that the toilet is too small. The air conditioning is not effective in heating. It was still quite cold before Qingming Festival. Otherwise, I think the price, active settings, and interior furnishings are definitely 4.5 stars.

I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
