GGuest UserThe beautiful receptionist was very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and equipped with smart technology. Laundry and a fitness center are all available. The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.)
I'd say this hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. I give it a thumbs up. 👍👍👍

Environment: Conveniently located near the city center and airport, and very quiet at night!
Service: Highly recommended! All the staff are very service-oriented! The complimentary fruit in the room, various small reminders, and even warm bottled water on cold days are all very thoughtful details. Thank you to the staff for their efforts! It feels like a warm and welcoming hotel!

AawnunfplI was very impressed by the hotel I stayed at this time. First of all, the hotel's service staff was extremely enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, every link felt their sincerity and care. The receptionist always smiles and patiently answers my various questions, making me feel at home.
The spacious and cleanliness of the room also made me very satisfied. The layout of the room is reasonable, the space is well used, and there is no sense of crowding. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were fresh, and it could be seen that they were carefully cleaned and disinfected. The sanitary condition in the room is impeccable, every corner is cleaned, and the details are handled very well.
The richness of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There are many varieties, both local specialties and Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and every dish can be seen to be made with care. Especially their freshly ground coffee, rich aroma, mellow taste, added a lot of vitality to my morning.
Overall, this hotel has performed very well in terms of service quality, room environment or catering provision. It is a very pleasant stay experience and highly recommended to everyone.

The staff has a strong sense of quality service. Although I only stayed in Aksu for one day, everyone I met, from the manager to the beautiful lady at the front desk, were very polite. The hotel's management in this regard is in place. The hotel is very clean. One detail can reflect this. The hotel has two washing machines and two dryers. The washing machines are clean. There is freshly ground coffee at the front desk of the hotel. There are cute succulents in the guest building. These are all what I like. There is free on-site parking.
Recommended stay.

The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, the corners are clean, the wet and dry separation bathroom is clean, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I sleep until dawn. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, the staff is polite and the demand is responsive. The public area is clean and tidy, the price is very high, the first choice for travel, has been recommended to friends.

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Aksu, I saw this newly opened hotel on the Internet and felt good. I booked a room in advance and checked in. I rarely wrote reviews when I stayed at the hotel, but the experience of staying was too satisfactory. Not only the room was large and affordable, all the facilities were fully equipped. The corridor room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable to sleep, the waiter was warm and thoughtful, the front desk had free hand coffee, and the free breakfast was varied and the service was thoughtful. There is also a gym where you can do aerobic and anaerobic exercise. There is a Tianbai Shopping Mall next to it. It is very convenient to shop. I first arrived at Aksu. Mesu Hotel left a good impression on me. I will stay here next time I come to Aksu! Like 👍
