The waiters are very good, really feel at home, after two consecutive stays at his home. This time the place to live is quieter, and the sanitation of the hotel is still very good, especially now they have planted the freshly ground coffee in their home. Before departure in the morning, I picked up a cup of Italian condensed American orange coffee. It was absolutely amazing and full of energy all day. Behind the hotel is the food street, eating is super convenient, parking is good.

The receptionist always smiles and patiently answers my various questions, making me feel at home. The spacious and cleanliness of the room also made me very satisfied. The layout of the room is reasonable, the space is well used, and there is no sense of crowding. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were fresh, and it could be seen that they were carefully cleaned and disinfected. The sanitary condition in the room is impeccable, every corner is cleaned, and the details are handled very well. The richness of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There are many varieties, both local specialties and Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and every dish can be seen to be made with care. Especially their freshly ground coffee, rich aroma, mellow taste, added a lot of vitality to my morning. Overall, this hotel has performed very well in terms of service quality, room environment or catering provision. It is a very pleasant stay experience and highly recommended to everyone.

The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The overall environment is very good and the price is not expensive. Free coffee is provided at the front desk every day. In addition, all the staff are very kind and greet people every day when they come in and out. I highly recommend it.

Service: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!

My stay at the Starway Hotel in Aksu exceeded my expectations! The complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room featured clean and soft twin beds. The bathroom facilities were modern and sophisticated, and the smart toilet was a big plus. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, including local specialty noodle soup, Western-style dishes, and fresh fruit – a very satisfying meal. With attentive service, a clean environment, and excellent value for money, this is definitely the place to stay in Aksu!

The room is neat and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and 2 bottles of Nongfu Spring water are provided for free. The disadvantage is that the shower room floor drain smells bad, the door is not very soundproof, and people in the corridor can be heard at night

The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

進門保安就問好，大堂服務員微笑問好：先生開車了嗎？地下副二層免費停車。感覺非常爽。房間也寬敞明亮乾淨温磬似家，衞生間乾濕分離。開了一天車躺下就睡著了，睡的太安逸了。房間非常隔音。早晨醒來沖個熱水澡，水温合適太舒服了。早飯花樣不多，但吃的巴適，牛奶豆漿都合胃口，總之出差就到這家賓館來，地理位置優越，逛街也方便。對了還有現磨的哪啡讓我喝了一杯還想喝…
