3-Star Hotels in Trabzon

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

We stopped in Block, noise from the pilorama would suit families with children , but friends companies - no problem! Very tasty and satisfactory breakfast, super location for those traveling by car and need to travel on the highway to Sumelu or Uzungel, coastal highway right behind the corner. Hotel is new , all clean and comfortable. The worker helped on the map find and pave the way to a delicious fish restaurant.

Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's. The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

The hotel have NO LIFT and we are given room at third floor. It was surprising that such an important information is missing to mention anyin the booking process. I do not know the process of listing hotels on trip.com but this information certainly should be there. The room was comfortable however there was small opening at the corner of the room thru which noise was coming at night disturbing our sleep. On asking the reception guy said it is purposely kept for some wifi etc, for me the reason doesn't make sense.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

The hotel was nice, but the only problem was that the room was a little cool, the heating system was insufficient, it does not go above 32 degrees, it is not good in snowy weather, other than that, the hotel is comfortable.

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

The hotel room is beautiful. The sound insulation with the next room is bad and the sound is heard.

There are traces of various efforts, so it's a very old hotel. There seems to be a limit. The facilities were inevitable. The bed sheets and quilts were clean and accurate. The air conditioner was good and the breakfast was great First of all, it's commendable that there is a balcony with a view of the sea But I think we should demolished the broken twilight now.
