Front Desk Executives speak fluent in both English and Mandarin. A Male Junior Executives stand out as he is attentive and will to assist nature; the rest of staffs are jus alike to this humble young man. Room make-up service is well and excellent. The carpert flooring in my room.is under maintain. Overall the hotel's staffs are great and excellent personalities.

I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but I needed to cancel my second night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The room was simple and functional. There was nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the size of the room. I also enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Even when there was a language barrier, they made a genuine effort to communicate and help in any way they could. Their friendliness and professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, this is a clean, practical hotel with excellent service, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Yangon.

TThe male and female staff were very polite and always greeted guests. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day. The room was clean, the bed was very large and comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to Shwedagon Pagoda, and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the local market in the mornings and evenings in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. The service was not even said, the hotel waiter even put my dirty clothes in a neat stack and put them away. Thank you here. The tip was originally reserved for the waiter, but was rejected. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels.

Our stay was short but the Holly Hotel is very close to the bus station and 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is very helpful! It is a little sad that you can not open a window in the room as we don't like to use AC. The hotel is also close to the Terminal M shopping mall with Ocean supermarket.

Good value for money but good service. Besides, the city view of Yangon is really good. You can have a good free breakfast. Be careful of crows while eating breakfast. Steal Personally satisfied.

Pretty varied impressions of the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, no big problems to get anywhere. Most of the staff is friendly, but the problem is that only one of the staff speaks good English. Also the owner of the place speaks English. It happens that under one type of room with one name there can be 2 types of rooms: you can easily be given a room without windows, or you can be given a smoky room. I do not recommend to take breakfast, as it is rather poor for this price and the choice of dishes is not great. Do not think of giving your clothes to the laundry. A few things were in disrepair afterwards. Overall, a normal hotel with a good location and friendly staff, if you are willing to sometimes long to explain your needs or fight for the paid level.

The hotel is, of course, very old. There are some downsides, such as non-working sockets or lamps that don't turn on. On the plus side, the rooms are very spacious. But the main advantage, which outweighs even the downsides, is the hotel's location. It's a 19-minute walk to the Shwedagon weather station. There are a couple of shops and a cafe next to the hotel that works even when the lights go out. There's an improvised market where you can buy fruit. The bus stop is also 20 meters from the hotel.
