JjollysweetieBooked a triple room but it had four beds, making the room a bit cramped. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and generous portions of bread. The shared bathroom was fine, as I could lock the door for privacy. However, the upstairs restroom was a bit awkward since it was co-ed. The hosts, a couple, were incredibly nice. We bought Onsen tickets from them at a good price, and the Onsen itself was fantastic.

GGuest UserLoved the private onsen. The ladies were so helpful and attentive in the hotel. We never ate dinner there as it’s a French restaurant and we wanted Japanese food. The breakfast was brought up to the room and consisted of fresh baked croissants and butter and jam and coffee. NOT a full breakfast.

MMshadowsThe location is very convenient close to Hakuba station and Hakuba Bus terminal. The place is clean and comfortable to stay and I highly recommend.
The Host is truly kind, friendly, and could communicate in English. I'm very grateful to be here in Hakuba 🙂

LLEIGoing skiing in December The Wulong Pavilion is a good choice. It is very close to the Happo ski resort. If the rental equipment staff will pick you up and pick up the cable car station in the morning, the hotel will also have a special car to pick up the service. The days of heavy snowfall are really good. On the ground floor of the hotel, each room has a box for storing ski equipment. It is also very convenient, and there is also a laundry dryer. The hot spring feels slightly ordinary, but there are also outdoor soups, and the water temperature is not hot enough. The basic varieties of breakfast are available, and dinner is average. Overall, it is a good choice to go skiing for a few days.

GGuest UserWhat a nice place to stay! We are a family of 5 and we loved staying at Meteor Garden. We booked a room with 4 beds, because our baby was sleeping in her own travel cot. Beds and linen are comfortable, shared bathroom and shower are clean, media room was fully equipped. We also had a free use of the laundry washing and dryer, which is convenient. Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Grocery shopping was easy, just around the corner. Access to the slopes was alright, with free shuttles to Happo-one and Goryu every half an hour, stopping right in front of the accommodation. We stored our snowboarding gear into the allocated drying room. The driver picked us up on check in day from Escal Plaza, and drove us to the Happo bus terminal on the check out day. He also drove us a couple of times to the slopes when we missed the shuttle. We'll come back for sure!

The receptionist is friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle free.Room is big. We stay a night only here. But looking forward to go back to Hakuba in green season and winter. At least must spend 3 nights there!
Driving is recommended to explore Hakuba.

AAnonymous UserThe food is delicious. The large bathhouse is not a hot spring, but it is OK and clean. The staff are quite professional and the service is good. Among the several chains, the Baima one has the best value for money.

GGuest UserIdeal location. The rooms in the main building have bathrooms. The rooms are large. The view outside the window is beautiful. There is wifi. Parking is convenient. However, the drying room does not have much drying effect. The room has heating. The hotel is actually very good in all aspects. High cost performance. You can choose to add some small purse breakfast. Because I went skiing early in the morning, I had to add it. It is a Japanese breakfast. Don't expect too much in style.
