Our experience at Leone Blu was just superb. The hotel itself is an historical gem with fresco ceiling and stunning view on the Arno river. The location is amazing, right on the Arno river and few minutes walking from Uffizi museum and all the other major monuments and attractions. The staff made the whole experience even better, with a professional yet warm and welcoming attitude, just the best.

I had the most wonderful stay at Leone Blu. The team and service were the best I have ever experienced, hands down - everyone was so kind and helpful. The suites are incredible and it's clear the team take pride in the history of their beautiful hotel. Couldn't recommend Leone Blu more.

Leone Blu is in a very convenient location, central to everywhere you want to go. The staff are incredible including providing a history tour of the building.

입구가 조금 헷갈릴수 있지만 직원분이 너무 친절히 마중 오셔서 가방도 들어주고 안내 해주시네요
남작 가문이 사용 하던 저택을 호텔로 쓰는거라 다른 호텔과는 전혀 다르지만 너무 좋음
환상적인 리버뷰와 친절하고 너무 친근한 직원들
그리고 종류는 많지 않지만 깔끔하고 맛있는 조식
내가 남작이 되는 기분 모든게 너무 훌륭함.
가격이 비싸지만 매우 만족했던 호텔
피렌체에 온다면 꼭 여기서 다시 지낼 예정

房間通風不好，洗手間沒有窗有氣味，早餐不錯。
mini吧是收費的，靠河，景色還可以的。我的退税單遺忘在房間，退房後，找不回來了，嗚嗚。前台有兩個老太太輪班，有一個非常温柔，一個有點傲慢，丟單據了，讓她找一下垃圾桶，她一再拒絕，差評。

是當地非常老錢的家族Ricasoli的其中一棟房子，前台説樓上還住着他們其中一支線後人。已經存在快一個世紀的家族，同時也是和佛羅倫薩第一家族美第奇家族關係很近，房子是真的老，彷彿住在上個世紀，保留了以前貴族的裝修和大廳，但從睡眠角度講，老房子也是硬傷，晚上會有街道車的聲音以及木地板走路的影響，好在淡季人少，旺季不太建議入住，但如果特別喜歡藝術或者老錢風感覺的推薦嘗試一晚，會很值得

這酒店真是個意外之喜，它原來是座宅邸，被開發出九套風格不同的客房，一樓是個小博物館，雖説沒有太多展品，但這座建築本身就是個小宮殿。服務人員非常熱情周到，房間設施也非常好，每天回給添加新的咖啡豆，minibar是收費的。早餐種類豐富，就餐環境特別古典。晚上工作人員下班後，整個酒店就歸客人探索了，非常有趣。總之，物超所值。

環境吵雜，隔音差，沒有景觀，房間描述與實際不符！與酒店協商換房/延遲退房以補充均未果，還好是攜程平台認真負責有所反饋。
