3-Star Hotels in Medan

Great value for money stay in Medan! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, especially considering the affordable price. One of the highlights is that breakfast is included, which makes the stay even more worthwhile. However, there are a couple of downsides. The soundproofing isn’t very good, as the hotel is located near the main street. I could hear motorcycles passing by quite clearly, even late at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the hairdryer provided is quite weak and takes a long time to dry hair.

I recently stayed at Hotel 61 Medan and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day of traveling around Medan. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. While the facilities are fairly simple, everything worked well and provided good value for the price. Overall, Hotel 61 Medan was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Medan. It's easy to book a room, the only difficult thing is to find the owner of the room, maybe it's because of the personal order of people, so it's a bit complicated, I can't take my partner through the reservation, It's ok gpp. The room is fully equipped anyway. I like it.

Stayed here for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was fresh  and satisfying. Location was convenient for sightseeing and transport. Overall, good value for money and worth recommending to families and solo travelers. Will come again next time

The location is excellent—it's close to Centre Point Mall and within walking distance of Medan Train Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was cozy for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service was excellent. Considering the affordable price, the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend deSatu Hotel to anyone visiting Medan, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to staying here again.

Good hotel. Easy to find foods. My family like to stay in this hotel. Next time when we go to medan surely will stay at this hotel again. Thank you

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably arranged, with everything I needed for a convenient stay. The bed was cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a busy day. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I also enjoyed the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. The location was convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions, restaurants, and other places. Overall, the hotel offered good service, comfort, and value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

Overall room and bed consider clean, but not their toilet 😥 The cloths hanger is rusty and you will feel disgusting to hang your cloths. And the wall and floor tiles, toilet bowl are super yellowish which I think they have not maintanence well. The most important is THERE IS NO WATER HEATER while the weather is freaking cold there 😥 But, this is budgetary hotel, depend on your choose. We just stay for like few hours and leave to continue our journey.

It's a loud noise upstairs because there's a bar, yeah, yeah, but overall okay
