SsawpohVery beautiful villa, with unbeatable view from the window. We stayed a night here, arrived by private car transfer. Location is a bit remote but worth the long drive as the scenery along the drive from Tagong to the villa was spectacular. Room is clean and spacious with quality amenities. services from the ladies at the front desk and restaurant were great. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which is tastefully renovated and the dishes were cooked to perfection. Breakfast is combination of sandwich and Chinese meal. Oh we also saw a few marmots just few meters from the hotel along the way to the viewing point.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! I'm so lucky to have chosen this hotel! Everything about the hotel was impeccable, especially the service, which was incredibly impressive. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The price was reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it! This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Xinduqiao! The hotel food was also excellent – clean, hygienic, and delicious. I heard the chef is from Jiangxi and married to a woman from Sichuan. The couple were incredibly hospitable; not only did they cook delicious food, but they also helped with our luggage. A huge thumbs up to them! 👍👍👍 Furthermore, the hotel's back hill offers stunning views of the Gongga Mountains bathed in golden sunlight!

GGuest UserThe hotel room's oxygen supply is not available 24/7—it only starts after 5 PM (they said the equipment requires maintenance). Although the oxygen appears to be working late at night, it feels like the high-altitude sickness and hypoxia return.
I'm not sure if it's just our room or a general issue, but the hot water is inconsistent—it suddenly turns cold for half a second or a second before switching back to hot, repeating this cycle endlessly... Taking a shower was incredibly frustrating.
The floor heating takes forever to warm up, and by late at night, it's just cold and oxygen-deprived, making proper rest impossible.
The breakfast was average, and the restaurant recommended by the front desk staff was decent.

GGuest UserFacilities: The degree of modernization is quite high, the overall supporting facilities are relatively complete, and there are charging piles.
Hygiene: It’s similar to living in Hanting in the city. I personally think that this is already very high for the West Sichuan Hotel.
Environment: There is a bunch of cows and horses outside the window, and the following pictures were not taken out of the hotel.
I booked other hotels. I saw this hotel when I drove by. It felt good. The actual stay was really good. I came back to evaluate it.

GGuest UserWe had called ahead to inquire if the homestay offered a canopy and outdoor seating, and the owner went above and beyond to have it all prepared. The moment we arrived, seeing the beautiful canopy set up in the quaint courtyard amidst the flowers, truly brought us so much joy. Our children also had an absolute blast playing with the owner's kids. The homestay was spotless – I actually forgot to take any pictures! However, the thoughtful presentation of breakfast alone spoke volumes about the owner's dedication. Plus, our room had excellent heating, keeping us wonderfully warm and really helping to alleviate any high-altitude discomfort.

GGuest UserThe rooms were clean and just right, and they even had an oxygen concentrator. Wearing it while sleeping made me feel so much better, and I was able to tackle 4500 meters the next day with no problem. We booked two rooms, and luckily, they gave us connecting balconies, which made visiting each other super convenient, haha! 😂 I didn't take any room photos, only scenery shots.

GGuest UserI didn't have time to take pictures of the interior of the room, so the luggage was placed in a mess. It was the same as the pictures I saw when booking. There was no difference. Because of the altitude, I didn't have to take a shower when I checked in. But fortunately, the room had oxygen supply facilities, which is good in high-altitude areas. Very critical. The room price is not very cost-effective, but I personally am not used to staying in Tibetan-style B&Bs, and the breakfast here is very rich and delicious. Great location, pet friendly, highly recommended

GGuest UserThe room was overall very good and the breakfast was also very good. It was the neighbor who made a lot of noise on the day we stayed, and we were woken up early in the morning.
We arrived at the hotel very late because there were dogs in the hotel. We were afraid of dogs and asked the store boy to help bring them to the hotel. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The view outside was excellent. It's located away from the main road, ensuring it's quiet at night.
The facilities are quite new, and the toilet is an automatic smart toilet. There's underfloor heating in the room, so it's never cold at night. The windows can also be opened, providing good ventilation.
The front desk staff provided excellent service; she even proactively brought us water. The breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious—easily the best we've had so far on our trip to Western Sichuan. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great.
The hotel was very clean. In Xinduqiao Town, where prices are generally increasing, this hotel truly offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it!

It only takes a drive from the hustle and bustle of the city to the vastness of the plateau.
When the Zandanlin Snow Mountain comes into view, surrounded by clouds and mist, a small building with ******* style stands quietly in the center of the grassland - Zandanlin Ranch Hotel. It is like a secret place in a fairy tale, and also like the final destination of wanderers.
The moment I pushed open the wooden door, the aroma of butter tea wrapped in the sunlight hit me, and even my breath tasted like the sweetness of grass.
🏡 Room: A private gallery with snow-capped mountains
Every room is a ”Snow Mountain View Art Gallery”, and when you open the window, you can see a 360° grassland painting without blind spots:
• When the morning mist has not yet dissipated, the snow-capped mountains look like white lilies soaked in milk
• In the afternoon sun, the meadow turns into a flowing golden ocean
• In the evening, the whole pasture is gilded with rose gold, the yaks return to the pen, and the marmots begin their ”tea break”
The most wonderful place is the ”Sky Terrace”, where you can fall asleep with the Milky Way as your pillow at night, and be awakened by the first ray of sunshine and the ”good morning call” of the groundhog in the early morning.

Who says plateau animals are aloof? The groundhogs here have a ”social ceiling”!
• The first move: squat down, it will tilt its head to look at you, blinking its black bean-like eyes
• The second trick: Get some vegetables from the hotel, it will come closer to you and you can touch its round belly!
• Tip 3: Learn from the locals and shout “Ya Sou”. It may even stand up and bow to ask for snacks (don’t feed it too much, keep its wild beauty!)
