They will ask if it is your first time to a high altitude place, pay attention to keep warm, don't take a shower or wash your hair first, etc., which is very considerate! There is parking in front of the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving

AAnonymous UserPerfect location with Kangding Bus Station just across the street. Ample restaurants and small local convenient stores within walking distance. Appreciate the front desk lady who helped us carry our luggage to the room, explained basic info about the room, made sure the floor works and answered all our logistic inquiries.
Areas to improve are more on the cleanliness, though as we spotted some stains on the bedsheets, it was around the end of the bed so we didn't bother. I got rid of a roach in the toilet. The sealant on the glassdoor at shower area is off so water spills out and wet the floor that is supposed to be a dry area.

LLove.TravelingEverything was perfect! The hotel is very beautiful in a great location close to the main attraction and many restaurants (the hotel’s restaurant was also very good!). The staff is very kind and helpful with everything needed! She helped us to manage transportation and when I forgot something in the hotel she sent it to me. Highly recommended!!!

The only downside was the room temperature (it was freezing), but I think that’s a problem in all the hotels in town

GGuest UserThe lady boss was very welcoming. I suggest you contact the boss in advance because the parking lot is in another place to avoid the difficulty of turning around due to the heavy traffic. The parking lot is close to the hotel on foot. The bed sheets and quilts have a faint scent of laundry detergent. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo. It's pretty good. The standard room for a family of four is still OK. It's not far from Love Song Square and Liuliu City, and you can walk there.

GGuest UserEven though Tagong isn’t a big city with modern amenities, the hotel was disappointingly scruffy and significantly more expensive than any other hotel we’ve stayed in in our month here (in China). Doors that don’t close, lights that don’t work, dingy rooms with dirty windows around a poorly maintained and decorated courtyard don’t inspire. Tagong is surrounded by an amazing and beautiful landscape and deserves better quality hotels than this one. Not good value for money.

GGuest UserSuch a good place in the heart of Tagong! Very clean and the owner is an amazing person! I booked a double room but he offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room. He also helped me book a bus and came all the way with me to the bus station to make sure I board the right bus. I really recommend this place!
