I told the front desk that the supervisor arrived within one minute. After seeing the fault, I called an electrician to repair it. I could see that she was more anxious than me, and even wanted to change the room. It's been repaired after one hour after going out for dinner. I will ask for a convenient time to clean the room every day. In short, a hotel with a high level of service and cost-effectiveness. The only suggestion is that toiletries and slippers can be changed one by one. 為了觀潮去的海寧。 🚗停車比較方便，可以從停車場直接坐電梯到大堂，就是衹免費一次，如果入住期間多次出入就衹能付錢了。 🏨房間挺大的，榻榻米上可以休息喝茶，晚上問酒店要了一床被子，就可以睡在上面上了。 🎇酒店就在“古鎮”裏，下樓就能逛，但是古鎮非常小，基本半小時就能走完。整體體驗還不錯，就是沒啥好玩的。

訂了個家庭房 想着一家三口住正好 結果到了前台入住 店家説家庭房衹適合於兩個大人一個小孩 我是帶着父母一起住的 店家要再額外加80塊錢…我覺得很不合理 帶小孩的算一個家庭 帶父母就不算了嗎？致電攜程 攜程説幫我付這80塊 除了入住時的小波折 其實店家服務還是很親切的

客棧很有特色，拾九個房間十九的故事。因為帶着寶寶要提前入住平台幫忙很快解決，退房時寶寶睡著了，和酒店溝通延時了，管家很爽快答應了不錯不錯。 唯一缺點空調有點響！

周圍環境不錯，飯店、酒吧、茶室都很近，服務也滿意！

挺不錯的酒店，很乾凈，就在南關廂裏面，逛老街很方便，有地下停車場，他們家有個廣告燈，停在那裡去酒店就很近，攜程上雖然寫的是1.3米的雙人床，但是問了店家其實是一張1.5米一張1.2米，和爸媽住正好，洗手間連擦手紙和護手霜都有，馬桶是智能的，自動沖水，就是馬桶的水壓太小了，還有就是浴室的牆是長虹玻璃的，雖然不是透明的，但如果外面能裝個可升降的簾子就更好了
