型型英帥靚正！The reception staff members are very friendly.
The breakfast is superb!
The room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains.
There is a well-equipped open kitchen in the room.
However some waitresses at the restaurant always carry a poker face.
Our room is on the 4th floor but the lift only reaches the 3rd floor, and so we had to climb some stairs with our luggages.

AAomduanI had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel, beautifully decorated and conveniently located near Zermatt train station.
During my stay, a snowstorm caused a power outage and all train services were suspended, making it impossible to leave the town. Despite these unexpected circumstances, the hotel took excellent care of us. They provided helpful information, allowed us to extend our stay without any additional charges, and showed incredible kindness throughout.
The hotel owner was especially warm and accommodating, making a difficult situation much easier for us. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little over ten minutes' walk from Zermatt Train Station, with some uphill climbing and stairs. The five-story building has a mountain view room, which was clean and spacious, well-equipped, and decorated in a Swiss mountain style. The balcony was large, with no partitions separating it from the adjacent room. On clear days, you can directly see the Matterhorn summit and the train going up the hillside nearby – a truly wonderful experience. A Western breakfast is provided, including bread, cakes, yogurt, sausages, fruit, and coffee. The restaurant is lovely. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel is located not far from the Matterhorn photo op and the Black-Faced Sheep restaurant, making it highly recommended.

GGuest UserHands down, this was one of my absolute favorite places during my trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zermatt! Definitely make sure to book a room with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water.

BBingxuOverall, it is very convenient to be separated from the train station by a road. Go to the lively area to eat. The subway is three to four stops away. 🏨 I chose a triple room, just stayed in 😂 and gave us a barrier-free room (and the feeling of a domestic nursing home, the wall has yellow liquid rolling down, the bedside has a red block decisively contacted the front desk to change the room, and the room was slightly smaller!

Hotel is directly opposite cemetery but don’t think too much and u be fine! Room is small but cozy (my photo is wide angle so seem bigger)
Hotel is very helpful to help pack a breakfast bento for me as I be leaving before breakfast hours (just inform the day before). I also managed to keep luggage after checkout at the common area (no lock and key) and retrieve it later.

MMohd ShamIt's a nice and decent hotel in zermatt. Stayed there for 1 night. It's a bit of walking needed from station to the hotel at about 12 minutes. Room is nice with great view.
